ok, I am a little confused about how several people have "commented" on my damage done and various other stats that are on my service record.

this is done whilst in game so I can only assume they have some addon that tells the everything about your character whilst in the game, I did think maybe they accessed the stats on the WG site, but the speed they came back at me with the comments were to fast for them to have looked them up.

now according to the EULA addons that give a unfair advantage [which knowing a players service stats] whilst in game is classed as unfair.

can anyone clarify this for me...

ok, so why neg for asking a question, did I upset someone?

Right click on Person's nickname or XVM

How is that an advantage?

Btw if they were already dead they could easily check your stats on any of the wot statistic sites. It only takes a few seconds.

I think he meant that it happened in a battle. I don't think xvm shows avg dmg and stats like that.

correct John, the other player wasn't dead and he commented about my service stats, now im not best player, but if they have access to your service stats in game then they can target the obvious weaker players, now I know xvm gives WR, on that vehicle and overall and eff rating, but knowing how much damage someone does per battle will tell you how dangerous they are to you.

Sorry, but this doesn't make too much sense to me.

Still, alt-tabbing and checking one's stats on noobmeter for example only takes a few seconds. I wouldn't do that in a battle though... :D

Targeting the weaker players is the exact opposite of what people who select targets based on stats do.

I mean...you could answer OP's question with 1 simple sentence, like "it is possible to configure xvm to show any stat you want" or something like that.

Or you could post in the thread when you don't have a clue about the answer, which is much more useful.

just for he record

C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\mods\shared_resources\xvm\doc

also it should be pretty trivial to make a mod that shows any data provided by the "API"

Yeah, but kinda useless. I have never seen any modpack using other than winrate(overall/current vehicle) and battle count(overall/current).

You could might as well display trees cut/battle ratio, it would be equally useful. :D
