Got the Master after my 9th battle. :) A defeat with 1002 dmgs

The only problem is.. teams, like always.

Just because they have something fast, they think they can rush forward without strategy until they get killed..   Or attack 3 vs 8, never def one flank,...

In fact, nothing unusual. 44% WR, just closed the game for a moment. :sceptic:

On a positive note: the gun is strong enough to damage PzIIJ, which is a good point. :justwait:

Grats.

Wait for the hype to end and platoon, I guess. The enemy team will have just the same problem while it's new.

Absolute garbage if you can hardly call it a tank -

-No gold, makes it beyond useless in tier 4 ,god tier 5.

-Armor is not needed,paper all-around.

-Depression is lacking.

I will sell this thing once i get it,it can just rot...

The thing which works for me is the Gr.Tr.

-12 Depression / + 60 Elevation

-HEAT ammo, meaning you can make some tier 4 and 5 suffer.

-sideskirts = block HE and HEAT dmg.

Traktor is the way to go.

I hardly see this thing OP.. So fragile, 0.57 acc, no APCR and normal MM, it doesn't really looks like the 76i with its super armor, gun and pef MM.. ;)

I just hope it won't be exclusively sold in crap expensive bundles like GrossTraktor.....

How is Grosstraktor crap?
It is far superior to most even Elite tanks on Tier 3!

The battles were flooded with those tanks yesterday, but after few days it will settle down, nubz and tomatoes who don't know how to play light-armored derp-gun tank will sell it to have garage slot. For me it's a keeper (mainly because I "collect" premium gift tanks). Pity is that it's another premium crew-trainer for USSR lights, while other nations are lacking such tanks (yes, all gone one at least, but in lesser numbers, Russians got like 6 or 7 as of now).

PS: Even tier 5 battles were having like 4 o 5 BT-7A's per team yesterday and seeing nubz trying to damage KV-1 with their new tonkz was priceless...

URSS has:

Tetrarch

LTP

T-127

BT-Arty

Valentine II

and the M3 light and BT-SV, that aren't available (or only for a shameful amount of money)

Which makes 7 LT, with 5 that are/were easy to get. :)

3 gifts, 4 if you take the M3 into account.

UK had one gift tank, Japan one, USA two and Germany one (2nd gift for Germany incoming, the Toldi III)

France and China never had gift tonks. If China would only get a tank from another nation (as their low Tiers are copy-pastes/weird mixes), it is really sad for France as they had tons of projects that it would be nice to get. (=> see WoT wiki leaks) I'd even pay for them. ;)

Meanwhile on japanese tree. a copy tiger and a Sh8t-nu-kai. chi-nu-kai should be given -15 gundep for being poorer than chi-nu in every aspect and not even getting preff MM.

China.. id like more china prems. they have sexy tonks.

Thank you very much for this gift tank, WG !

However, it will take some getting used to as it requires quite a different play style from what I'm used to.

The accuracy is absolutely horrible and unreliable... I've had some game where I've missed every shot in spite of being fully sighted in and at a reliatively short distance. In a other game I managed to lob a grenade from quite a long distance on to the roof of the enemy tank, one shotting him.

With this tank... RNG plays a significant role !

You know at least it's not as bad as STA-2 is,comparing it to the Tier 8 MT counters. Worst premium tank i must think off. Unless i buy it sometime,i will totally run it for crew training.

Chi-Nu Kai,on any tier, just snipes in the back, and theres' your results.

I had this particular battle:

ChiNuKai

This tank cannot pen alot, and by alot i mean Alot of stuff, because it has no gold ammo, hence why i will sell it. It sucks even for crew training, which i will get T-127 for.

Yes... I agree. It's not really one of the best tanks in its tier.

It has its weaknesses, but also its strengths.

I guess, played right by a good player it can perform very well.

Crew trainer..? Not really the best one since it only has 3 crew, but it's still 3 crew members that can be trained.

I will keep this tank... mostly because I enjoy collecting them

You know if you have a Tier 4 say battle, and say,the last enemies are Matildas,Debilwagens, you will not be able to carry that particular battle in a victory. Maybe draw, but still doubtful.

It has that BT-SV like speed, but it is compromised by the lack of Gold Ammo. And compromised being said, very bad...

So the game is giving me conflicting information concerning the AP shells depending on where I take a look at the shells.

In garage view: 28-48 penetration (mouse-over), 28-46 penetration (right-click).

Tank service view: 28-46 penetration (text), 28-46 penetration (mouse-over), 26-48 (right-click).

In depot: 28-83 penetration (mouse-over), 28-83 penetration (right-click).

Which is the correct one? And, consequently, are AP shells worth using?

*edit*

Oh, and for what it's worth; tank inspector says it has 37mm average on the AP shells (vs 38mm on the HE).

Bumping this question, are the AP shells really as worthless as they mostly appear to be?

Also, does anyone else have this problem?

IMO, they are.

But I still carry 5 of them just in case I have to shoot thought a track on a low-HP ennemy that threaten me.

Also, yesterday, I trolled another BT-arty on Ensk. We wre on both sides of a wall, so none shot because the HE would have break the wall and be stopped while breakingn the wall, allowing the other to get the kill during the reload time.
=> Just loaded an AP, so the shell went through the wall, continued on its way and killed him. :justwait:

Sounds fair enough on the off chance they might actually come on useful for such purposes.

For [edited]sake, WG you total children of questionable parentage you go and release this when I'm in bloody Greece on holiday, in the sun and the cheap beer. Right back to the bar (with free wifi) for a beer to soothe  the pain
