I'm not much of a fella into clans but let me just explain my idea here;

-Your clan looks to be nothing more than, shall we say, an ego clan.. something like that. You've named it after yourself, quote, "Patryks Epic tanker clan77", unquote. I'm sorry but, that doesn't look interesting to me to join, nor do I imagine it's very interesting for most players, especially the more exceptional ones. Look at other clans, it's not like every single one of them out there names itself after the leader, now do they?

-This may be a bit judgemental but your statement, quote, "people dont gave the heck about my clan because they can find better like say other pros", yeah.. not only are "other pros" already put off of your clan probably by way of the egotistical name you have for it, you're not exactly an exceptional player; I checked on Noobmeter and WoT Labs and yeah.. you sit at (according to WoT Labs) an Overall WN8 of 650 and a Recent WN8 Of 1112. Yeah, I don't think "pros" (in mind, people ranging from 2000+ WN8, your mileage on the term may vary) want to listen to you.

-You said it yourself, and going by your name having "2002 in it, one could assume you are between 12-13. I have nothing wrong with someone's age, but I don't think most players want to follow a 12-13 Year old leader.

That's my opinion. Take it as you wish to.

EDIT: My advice OP, look into other clans, see what makes their gears turn per se. I doubt you'll ever get far, but if you seriously wish to "improve" your clan so to speak, work on improving your personal performance and read some of these, they might be beneficial to you (I just selected a bunch at random, there's not that many but you can check the rest here: http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/forum/2055-featured-clans/ ;):

Your clan has bad reputation. Your clan has bad reputation because you create a clanthread outside the recruitment thread in order to create additional attention for the clan.

No one older than you will listen to you.

Most other players still won't listen to you.

Age some more and maybe.

OK as my clan's (can only be bothered to recruiter) this is what I would suggest.

1. Set your clan up to attract only teenage players (around your age).  That could be your unique selling point.  Adults won't join.

2. Drop all the pro & great stats stuff.  Concentrate on being somewhere the "old men" aren't and you can talk / play with people your own age.

3. Get a very good recruitment thread going.

4. Get the 32 players to really push their in game friends to join.  Fish them, don't force them to join.

5. Invite young players you see in game to join in after battle PMs.

The main issue you will have is working out who is young and who is old.  I don't know the answer to that - maybe search the social media sites teenagers use for world of tanks posts?

People aren't joining because (this isn't a criticism, just cold hard truths):

1. You're not trying enough with your recruiting.

2. Your're trying to get adults to join - they won't.

3. You're stats don't match the talk.  So don't talk about stats.  Get people in and when you're full, kick the bad players out.

4. You haven't got enough people.  32 isn't a critical mass... people look at it and it's a turn off.  You will struggle until you get 60+

5. Get a free team speak - there was a thread on here a little while ago offering free team speak.

Your clan average wn8 is 793 :/ that's enough to put off a few. Although you do have one lonely unicum in there, did he get lost?

Indeed, only a total nab would name a clan after himself.

Quite simply your clan doesn't really offer anything for most players, there isn't anything really separating your clan from hundreds of other clans.

Like Fullgatsu said, you need to make your clan stand out.

Make it an all female clan or something.

A novel idea, but I'm pretty sure 12-13 year olds can't have a sex change in most countries.

Don't think you can start hormone therapy at that age either, I'm afraid the wig is as close as he'll get for now. :P

mate I was the recruiter for an old clan and it was intensive work.  daily I read all of the "looking for a clan" posts and PM'd all of those suitable.  it wasn't with a cut n paste message but fresh everytime concentrating on why they should  join the clan.

I probably got 1/5 replies and spent 2hrs a day just recruiting.  if you are not an exceptional clan or notice on the forums you need to work hard.

lastly rename your clan to something catchy
