i know thats a noobie question and i am not new to game, but i see this word used many times and i still dont know what it means:)

 

So please, could anyone explain it?

Implying to WoT its how most mechanics in game work  ... simplest examples are penetration and damage values that have -/+ 25% of their average.

Its a way that you cannot predict the outcome as its randomized.

Rng good = you die , rng  Bad = you stay alive and have opportunity kill me... ( i drive arty..)
