Quite interesting to be able to rotate around your 3D models in your browser, might import some of my tank models and see!

Is it okay to use the models from the game as part of the scene?

So there must be only digital dioramas?

Sorry to say but WG disappointed me with this contest. It should be more interesting if there is tank model contest (not digital) or something else. :)

hey, @heatseekergtr, we have time till may the 30th, that's quite more than enough to make something proper without having to dedicate entire days. Also, it's a diorama, so by definition it's supposed to be small and packed.

I'm guessing the final thing can be quite stylized, so I'm willing to give it a go. Sucks that only the first 100 contestants receive in-game goodies

wait the  hell is happening on the sketchfab page?

Yes, this contest is only for digital 3d dioramas uploaded into the Sketchfab model viewer.

There was a slight issue with the announcement on the Sketchfab blog. The codes Sketchfab is able to provide are invite codes only.

Good to know, sketchfab dudes even sent their own e-mails to every person who registered for the code, that's very nice of them.

Still, I don't quite understand the point if giving away invite codes at this point - there's so many of them, and then there are these permanent (?) ones, like reddit's NA one.

Still, I'll be participating (I hope my illusion of free time won't be destroyed that quickly by my college), as I've never done any project like this one, and diorama sound insanely fun. I like this contest already!
