Shame, the opportunity to sell thousands of Type 59 models lost...

These WoT kits are pretty mediocore when it comes to model quality. The only reason to buy them is to get unique tanks (first batch of Italeri models, Ferdinand with LefH rare arty).

If you want good models you'd be better off buying Tamiya.

Tamiya are nicely detailed but I felt they were a bit too easy to build, although I do like to be challenged in a build. Airfix are bringing out some nice new stuff that has their new moulding techniques which is churning out some beauty's of designs.

All I can say for WoT models is that there are some different machines that you can buy. IE: I've never previously seen a Type 59 model outside of some dodgy third party sites :facepalm:

Sorry WG but I love my current panther too much!!

Spoiler

Tamiya are simply top-tier and fit together extremely well eliminating the need for putty and various other tools.

I think Trumpeter sells Type 59 along with many other Chinese vehicles.

WoT kits are a ripoff, for instance you can get Tiger model with photo etched parts, engine compartment and other sweets, or pay 10€ more to get some low tier premtank, ugly stickers, no pe parts, no engine and generally a worse model.

Should of made the Type 59 model kit as that the first 50 orders will receive a Type 59 code, then the rest after the 1st 50 get 30 days of premium instead, would of boosted sales on a business level for both you and Italeri   :)

Codes in those boxes are a bit.. meh.

At least the old ones had rare tanks codes..

NOTE: no type 59 code in the type 59 box? ;)

Probably, but then the shipping almost costs the same and there's a chance someone steals it at the airport. FOL.:arta:
