Am I the only one getting a kind of blurry effect around objects, especially the gun barrel, when I turn on the best AA? It's not there on FXAA, but if I turn on TSSAA hq, moving the gun around feels kinda like a lightsaber or something, bending the light around it. Looks weird, so I use FXAA instead.

Or we could have multi-core support and everyone's performance would skyrocket.

The lightning update was completely unnecessary, tanks are glowing now and it's quite annoying. At least to me.

...However, I find that the frequent "freezes" my screen for a split second, I do not remember that it was before... even with the reduced resolution ("medium"), it does the "low" resolution.

Any advice?

... And one more question, is it just me or is common, almost every battle (V, VII, VIII, IX) I have a fire in the vehicle due to hit.

All useless because 3/4 of wot users has a medieval PC and play with minimum graphic effects.

Improve gameplay and balance instead these [edited].

100% useless stuff....tanks now glow like Christmas bulbs...while the other graphics improvements make the ambient look more cartoon-like...

How about you fix the MM (over 75% of battles in last few days there were at least 2-3 more top tier tanks in one of the teams than in the other...as a result matches ended in 4min max with 12-0; 10-0...) ?!

Also, LAG is present often, RNG f^&%$ up at least 1 in 2 matches, ghost shells (no bounce / nor pen) and terrain stucking is still highly encountered....

Did I mention ninja cammo of huge tanks in 100m...or the fact that tanks vanish in 1s after spot or after they become visible after shooting....

These are all flaws that we ask for fixing since at least WOT v.6.5 ...(including multi-core support because there we have the real bottle neck for the performance...)...

Yet, no one in the "development team" (if there is one) seems to care about these REAL problems.

Roll out mates...rip WOT!

Meh.

I don't get why game developers (in general) keep spending effort on useless "features" like screen space ambient occlusion, motion blur, depth of field and lens flares. It looks like crap and is just annoying. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should!

Getting the same blurry effects as you describe. The effect is most blurry around the tracks and wheels. It is sharp and clear when you zoom in but in zoomed out mode it is not very nice. FXAA fixes this issue for me too. WG you need to look into this please.

How about trying to explain this in PLAIN ENGLISH. Most players, whether they've got a prehistoric, or even just an older PC or Laptop don't understand anti aliasing or FXAA etc. or whatever, ( I sure as [edited] don't ) they just want to be able to play WoT WITHOUT A DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND A $2500.00+ GAMING RIG!

Please WG, stop [edited] around with stupid crap and just make the game [edited] PLAYABLE.

The way sand glows under sunlight is quite nice, although I've reduced my postprocessing setting because that new radial blur is bloody annoying. But yeah why bother when most players play WOT on potatoes?
