Dear developers, some time ago we have added new feature into Wargaming Public API authentication management - possibility to control active PAPI sessions on user side. What does that means: user can cancel active access_token for particular application_id. This feature is located on Account Management page, in Access Control section.

We would like to draw your attention to the following points:

  • User can see application_id name. We advice you to check your application_id names and rename them if necessary.
  • Take into concideration that user now can cancel access_token and this may affect your services.
  • Due to the fact that users can see what services are using their access_tokens we advice you to use auth/logout method for correct cancellation of access_token when user ends usage of your service.

Dear developers, today we have released major update of Wargaming Developer Partner Program.

We glad to present you updated Developer Room - https://developers.wargaming.net/. Unified to all - Global Developer Room - single access point to all Public API of all regions and Wargaming projects!

Main changes:
- Now you don't need to have separate accounts on each region to create Application ID for this region. Just log in from your «native» account on your home region and all your applications (existing or new) will work on any region (including South Korea, MS Live and Playstation Network).
- We have added chart with statistics of all your applications on all regions to «My applications» page. In first iteration statistics is displayed only for past 14 days. Moreover, we have added detailed statistics of methods usage for specific application on all regions. You can find it on new application page. Please take a note that for make available statistics of all your applications in unified account you have to use unified Application ID instead of all application id's, that were registered before on each region.
- Sections "API Reference" and "API Explorer" were united into one section. Now you can see descriptions of parameters on the request creation page. Also, result of the request is displayed in the separated console, which you can scale and move for your needs.

All key changes are presented in the completely new design, which, we hope, you will like.

With the Global Developer Room we open access to World of Tanks Console API. You can use full version of PAPI (similar to other projects) for World of Tanks PS and XBox.

In addition, pay attention to new widgets documentation, which you can use on your resources.

You can find complete list of changes of this update in the Developer Room

We will be grateful for feedback in the WG PAPI discussion topic.

Dear Developers, on March 13, 2017, within the framework of transferring Korean accounts to Asian servers, our service will undergo the following important changes:

  1. All Korean API methods will be disabled. Please keep this in mind when developing and supporting your products.
  2. Accounts and applications registered in the Korean region will become invalid.

To continue using the service, please register again in one of the available regions, except the Korean one, and receive new IDs for your applications.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
