So till now we used wotmanager site; " https://www.wotmanager.com " but that one will soon be closed.

End of WoTManager - Developer support for wotmanager is ending. Due to server costs and other various factors, wotmanager is no longer supported. In addition, the world of tanks API has changed and many features may cease to work. Feel free to use WoTManager as you please. The servers and data will be available until no longer cost effective. We suggest to transfer your clan management over to clantools.us. If you are interested in purchasing the site source code, please email contact@warshipstats.com

Now i wanted to ask u guys,is there any other site or something that is similar to this one,so we can use it without major difficulties.

Thanks in advance.

In IDEAL we're just using a google spreadsheet where FC's will mark the number of battles each guy played and update it after the evening. Then just do weekly payout and repeat next week. Pretty simple system and easy to use (Isn't automatic though but the effort you need to put into this is like nothing).
