I couldnt choose from listbox all tank names from pictures (or write name exactly to database).

Examples: AMC 35 on photo

M56 Scorpion

Medium Mark III

Vickers A1E1 Independent

Chevrolet 8440/CGT Tractor - 4x4.

Leyland Retriever WLW3 6x4 Coles Crane

T-35 Soviet heavy tank

A1E1 is there, it just doesn't mention Vickers.

There's lots missing, Churchill Mk3, Cromwell ARV, Cromwell/Churchill bridge layers. Given that so many of the photos will by their nature be British tanks, they've omitted even stuff that's guaranteed to be there.

There seems to be a newer batch in today. So also missing is now:

Sherman Zippo

M3 Grant with mine flail.

I've no doubt there'll be plenty more.

The M8 Saurer isnt listed as well.

BTW other players have similar threads on this issue, will recommend to unite all into one. Otherwise things can be messy

Some not in the list, some misidentified and some inconsistent moderation - especially where the vehicle was a joint venture or crosses eras. I've had a few where I've had the same photograph a couple of times, the "this photograph is in the process of identification" message has flashed up but then I've received two different and conflicting responses in notifications. (The same Little Willie photo identified as both WW1 and not WWI for instance, presumably be different moderators.)

A puzzle is what happens when there isn't an entry in the list - but you can select the donor or base vehicle. How do we respond to all the Kangaroo variants? Only one is listed. It seems odd to have to positively identify one specific variant, but then answer for the donor vehicle for all the others. Can you answer A12 for a Scorpion Flail, for instance? Technically it's correct.

If you can then, what's the point in differentiating between the M4 and the M4 Crab or A12 and A12 CDL within the drop-down list? Sticking a .50cal onto a Toyota Hilux doesn't stop it from being a Hilux.

It's best when you get a picture clearly labelled M3A3 and it asks is it M3A1 so you answer no and get told you are wrong.

"Name not available" option would be nice

Hmmmmmm... apparently a Ram isn't Canadian, nor a Sentinel Australian.

I know that the Yanks love to appropriate all this WW2 stuff, but it's getting a bit silly now.

Lots of confusion over variants as well. Particularly Stuarts, M4s, PzIII and PzIV - sometimes there's nothing in the list and then other times there's multiple entries. M3A1 has two for a start.

T-35 is a WW2 tank? Ferret too? Since when?

So many tanks without tags or just wrongly tagged, and therefore a lot of points missed.

Although nice idea and contest, it is very flawed...

All I am going to say is - gg.
