Due to the simultaneous launch of Operation Safari for Tier VI and the Tier VI Front, the rules for the Tier VI Front will apply for a longer period than the rules for the Fronts of Tiers VIII and X.
Why is it written here that safari will be launched as Tier VI event but on other sources it is labeled to be played at Tier VIII?

P.S. Ah! This will be a season on a complete independent parallel world map?

Tier 10 is played for more then 4 years in CW with more or less pause during some events but even then you could play tier 10 battles in Clan Wars mode. I dont have anything against tier 6 in general but to make from players fools and completly ignore their opinion i really admire their ingame content managment, do you really think that we are so ignorant and stupid!?
After almost four years you practicly spit on our faces with this "seasonal crap" either give some rewards that are worth or freeze the whole map for 30 days and gg

Can we just, you know, NOT host any distraction fights during a CW campaign please?
How difficult is it to start regular CW season *after* the CW campaign has finished...

I totally agree with that. So WG EU if you can and if you listen to your playerbase just push back the start of the season.

Was a typo, it was fixed, it's Tier VIII in Safari.

Unless you plan to play Safari (not a campaign) and Tier 6 Season at the same time there is no problem, as stated the Tier 8 and 10 Season will start just after Safari ends.
In such case you can play Safari then when it ends, compete for the season in tier 8 and 10.

Deception just get someone to write it more clear on main webpage, since it does not state clear after which event tier 8 and 10 maps start (many guys i spoke thought well have to play tier 6 till 14 november)
Question tho, will map be wiped or we have to leave it, wouldn't like to get stuck and miss 1st day with clan which happened to us once.

As i understand it, CW seasons will now be the default CW mode (as opposed to special events).
CW will be played in seasons from now on. Full stop. After first season, there will be second season etc., with the exception of special events, which will be held *between* seasons.
So logically everything is getting wiped off the map and the first season is a whole new start on an empty sheet of paper. And this will be done with every following season.
Is is that, WG? Would be nice to have a confirmation.
And if it really is that, the announcement text is horribly misleading, as it suggests the "first season" is just some other special event and that we will come back to the previous eternal global map after that.
I don't think so.
I do appreciate the idea of regular map resets though, btw.
