Last time VK was addressing players DIRECTLY was...... errr..... NEVER.

I see some changes the way WG is working, inspired by direct approach by well known competitor. WG , this is a good change , and i`d like to see more of them, it s important to LISTEN YOUR PLAYERBASE.

Firstly, well done on removing the unwanted emblems and inscriptions pay-to-win system

Secondly, on a similar vein, how about giving the MM some love and attention ... you know, fixing things like 10 heavies on one team and 3 on the other, or 30,000+ WN8 on one team and barely 6,000 on the other?

Thirdly, with all the dev resources freed up in the switch from 10.0 to 9.12, could you please give the maps some love ... spread a bit of manure and grow some more bushes and trees for lights and TDs?

(or better yet, just roll some of them back to 9.6 status (Redshire, Prokhorovka / Feiry Salient) and return the "fun" maps (Pearl River, Hidden Valley, Komarin, Province) at the same time as expanding Ensk and Mines to 1000x1000 instead of the insane 600x600)

Please?  Pretty Please?

Hey RepoFox!

We don't have any official information about that at this point, but we will post it as soon as we know more.

Thanks for the answer. =)

I hope those are included too, because I really want my HD Jagdtiger 88 and Tiger II. :)

I will get clarification on this point from the devs and let everyone know here.

So, any updates regarding that matter?

I don't want to be mean, but Russians got their information promptly: http://worldoftanks.ru/ru/news/pc-browser/1/fv4202_replacement/

Funny how Wargaming is rolling back a patch nicknamed 'Rubicon' when IRL Rubicon means a point of no return :teethhappy:

I just wonder:

what must have happened that we have a privilege to read Mr Kislyi writing himself (ofc throught marketing dept.) on the WoT front page...

"What must have happened" was almost universal condemnation of the decal and inscription bonuses.  Very vociferous and from influential community contributors, as well as forumites.

This is a good result and I respect what he has said.

I guess patch 9.11 was the Skoda T40 and the 9.12 is this one. But a very nice job from WG for listening to the player base.

Good to hear, the original emblems ``feature`` was terrible in any way, form or shape....

I bet because the emblems giving performance boost for gold implemented late 2015 had a forecast of revenue & profit it would generate that was built into WG's annual budget & peoples targets, and so it needed top sign-off / involvement in order to be dropped. If so it's genuinely impressive WG have done this, not necessarily in terms of them being generous or caring, but in terms of them being sharp enough to see and to act (for such a big, established, & successful Company). Almost makes me hope they may even one day be less demanding & more inclusive with PM's.

Maybe not since beta but there's definitely video of him telling us the pre order tanks will never be on sale again.

Also he has made appearances at Tankfest.

Kudos for the feedback guys, but I always wonder why you need to make game mechanics modifications just about every patch?

I understand you make map modifications or introduce new ones. I understand you release new tank lines and release models. I'm ok with the fact that you consider introducing changes to the arty mechanics in line with some other game manufacturer.

Even changing the game mechanics can change, but at the rate you usually release patches, don't do it every patch please. Changing the render range from a square to a circular is understandable, but you haven't got a clue what the effect will be on the maps dynamics and stuff like that. I consider nerfing all TD's there viewrange also a game mechanics changes. A general accuracy nerf is more a balancing trick.

So please, do bring new content, but don't change the game rules every 1 to 2 months.
