1. General Rules
1.1. Every player has to register his correct game account (European Server) in his profile. The game account is your World of Tanks ingame nick.
1.2. A team roster should consist of 7 players, and may include up to an additional 3 reserve players. The team’s primary vehicles do not need to be declared. . Teams who registered less than 7 players in their primary roster are not allowed to participate. The total number of players on a team’s roster is limited to a maximum of 10 players (7 primary + up to 3 reserves).
1.3. Any team member on the primary roster may participate in different battles with any vehicle allowed by the regulations, on condition that this vehicle does not bring his team's total tank tier points above the designated limit.
1.4. Reserve player may replace Primary player with any vehicle on condition that this vehicle does not bring his team's total tank tier points above the designated limit. It is allowed to change vehicles between matches (meetings) and between the battles of a match.
1.5. The team owner or leader is responsible for his team members knowing and following the rules.
1.6. Abusive or insulting behaviour towards a Baltic League administration, referees or opponents will not be tolerated, and will be punished after two warnings.
1.7. If any disagreements occur during the match, a protest has to be opened in the forums after the match by the team owner or leader. Please note that you will have to show any proofs of the rules violation by another team (screenshots and etc).

2. Match Rules
2.1. Teams may contain a mix of tanks from any nations.
2.2. Vehicles are not to exceed tier 8, with artillery not to exceed tier 5. If the team member violates these regulations, the whole team will be disqualified.
2.3. The combined total tier of the team should not be higher than 42 points. Notice that in every battle a team has 42 points in total for 7 vehicles. A team with incomplete quantity of players will have less than 42 points (-1 point for every missing vehicle).
2.4. The Winner of the match is the team that is first to gain at least 2 victories in 5 battles, regardless of amount of draws. In case that no team gains 2 victories in 5 battles, both teams are lost the match with default score 0:2 and 0 points in Group Stage, and disqualified if it’s Play Off time. Final and 3rd place match in the Play Off are going until 3 victories.
2.5. In case there is server technical crash during the match, the full match regardless of previous battles results will be replayed from the beginning.

3. Battle Rules
3.1. Battles are created by the one of the match referees.
3.2. The team must have at least 4 players with connections from the Baltic countries IPs. Line up - 7 players = 4 (Baltics) + 3 (abroad). The player IP will be checked in the server logs.
3.3. Team respawns will be decided by the team’s commander 1 on 1 battle. With the battle time 5 minutes, if no winner was determined the match referee will decide the team’s starting respawns. Artillery is not allowed for the commander’s battle. You can find the battle zones for each map below.

3.4. After each battle teams change their respawns.
3.5. Battle room will be created 15 minutes before the official match time. Players should join immediately after the team’s commander 1 on 1 battle. If a team is not complete 10 minutes after official match time the battle starts without the missing players.
3.6. Battle regulations:
  • Teamsize: 7 players;
  • Timelimit: 10 minutes;
  • Maps list: Cliff, Mines, Prokhorovka, Lakeville, Ensk, Ruinberg;
  • Usage of the premium tanks, shells and consumables is allowed (exception: Type59 is restricted);
3.6. The team is considered being the winner of the battle when all the enemy tanks are destroyed or the enemy base is captured. If both bases are captured within the timelimit, the team that capped the opponents' base first wins the battle.
