I just got my crew their first skills (100%)! I never thought it'd actually happen, and it always felt so far away. Because of that, I also never gave any thought of what skills to get for the crew beyond the first one.

 

So I'm sitting here, looking at the commander, who doubles as a gunner, and asking myself what to get him. Currently he has Sixth Sense, which would have saved my bacon any number of times before now. I'm torn between Snap Shot, Camo, or repairs. Or something else! I dunno. Any suggetions? (Additionally my loader just leveled up, but I haven't really looked yet.) [edit, went for repairs on my Loader, 2%.]

Current skills/set up

Commander/gunner: Sixth Sense >> ??? 0%
Driver: Camo 100% >> Clutch Breaking 6%
Radio: Camo 100% >> Repairs 6%

Loader: Camo 100% >> ??? 0%


Binoc telescope
Camo Net
Vents
 

I play the tank like an AMX ELC Bis, and get into flanking positions when I'm fighting. When I'm spotting, I make sure I have an escape plan and plenty of concealment. I admit, I don't know scratch about camo ratings, or what my crew skills are doing for me in that regards. But I assume I'm pretty well hidden with my set up at the best of times. :)

Commander: Camo

Driver: Smooth Ride

Radio Operator:   Situational Awareness

Loader: (Repairs) Safe Stowage  (Take Repairs then switch out to Safe Stowage once 100% if you have gold; otherwise, take Safe Stowage)

Commander: Recoon / Camouflage.

For the commander you can choose between +2% view range or extra camouflage. In tier 4 I would first go for better view range. Both skills are a must for a scout tank.

Driver: Off-road driving

I'd swap Clutch-braking with off-road driving to get an acceleration buff along with improved turning speed. After that go for Clutch-braking.

Radioman: Situational awareness.

The radioman is best to increase the view range.

Loader: Repairs

As for the loader... Eh... I would go for repairs, because it is the most useful from the options, and it is still pretty useless for a light tank.

Now to the Why:

You need Camo and fast running skills as Lowtier.

You need viewrange while moving and allways

You need to hit a full Auto burst.

You need to reload as fast as possible.
