Fellow Tankers!

As many of you have already heard, there was an unfortunate amount of mission rigging going on after the introduction of our new rampage mode. Several players that were able to acquire the new T-22sr, did so fraudulently.

We believe strongly, that fair-play is paramount in keeping our gaming environment fair and equal for all our players.

After analysis of received reports and our internal databases, we have taken action against ~100 players that broke our game rules to acquire this new tank. They will be receiving a 14 day game suspension and the T-22sr will be removed from their accounts permanently. The missions cannot be repeated, those players will never be able to earn the tank back.

The same sanctions will apply to any other players caught for mission rigging going forward.

Is it possible to get a list of those players?

That would be naming and shaming, something we never do!

Not that I promote naming and shaming, but your statement is incorrect.

Banned players were named and shamed by WG staff: http://forum.worldoftanks.ru/index.php?/topic/1696544-%D0%B1%D0%B0%D0%BD-%D0%B7%D0%B0-%D1%83%D1%87%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B5-%D0%B2-%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BD%D1%8B%D1%85-%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%8F%D1%85-%D0%B2-%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%85-%D1%81%D0%BE%D0%B1%D1%8B%D1%82%D0%B8/

So ... we won't be able to confirm is player X from clan Y had been already caught or we still have to send some replayes of his 'ridding tactics'.

Or ... that you don't wanna ban him cause you don't see that he was ridding.

Like I already said, we are firmly opposed to naming and shaming on the European forums. Listing the players' names would have no benefit to the community. Those that were sanctioned will receive a message with an explanation, there is no need to drag the whole thing into the public eye.

so you banned players without having any evidence about them doing something wrong? Just because they did it "too" fast?

RIP constitutionality....

Edit: ahahaha and the well known streaming community Contributor from OM didnt got banned .... even more legit... and several other guys too XD

Ofc they have no evidence, they just banned all players that got the T22, they even banned players there were not banned during the first wave of bans.

Is this action retroactive? Will those who were previously banned for rigging get the tank removed or only those who are banned from today onwards? Because there are tons of players who were banned for it in the first week and yet have played the tank since the ban was lifted...

WGEU  best as always.

BTW where can i join the admins, as i see not much brain needed?

Yeah... doesn't matter if I like or dislike this move of WG, but one thing is for sure: If there is a possibility to rig, it is sure as hell that [Edit] will use it. You guys abused every bug you could to maximize your success (gl hf) in previous campaigns and stuff. So easy to say "we just did it too fast, we never ever ever rig".

Sure, if you say so

Hello, I am one of the players who got banned for the ''mission rigging''...I want to know, how is it possible that you banned over 100 people with no evidence at all? For example, I didn't get banned for rigging or anything similar at all, and now you're   just asuming  that I have done the missions by rigging them? I must say, without evidence you can't do that, There is not right of doing that, this isn't  the 16th century where you can just do what ever you want because you're the ''king''....I want you to show  clear evidence of the people who got banned, and with clear evidences I mean replays.

Let me be clear, we did not sanction any players where we did not have evidence of the rules being broken. The reason this action was delayed is that we needed time to conduct a proper investigation.
