I dont understand what you dont understand, a clan in the top 50 gets licenses for each player with 15 or more battles, his position in the hall of fame is totally irrelevant.

 

That makes 5,000 tanks for clans, and then 6000 for everyone else, so you need to get yourself in the top 6k to be 100% safe.

 

You are position 8,720, i would think that would have gotten the tank.. what is the actual cutoff?

Acc. to rules:

5000 Top50Clan member (If all of them have 100 players with more than 15+ battle, which is not the case),

+ 6000 from Personal Rating (PR) gets tank. (All together 11000 reward tanks)

On the evening of 21st there were ~4500 Clanmembers with FamePoints (FP), some 100-200 possibly less than 15 battle

(80 FP is hard to get with 15+ battle).

This leaves 4500 for Clans 6000+500 from Personal Rating, If leftover clan tank are handed out to players acc. to PR.

If a clanmember from the Top50 is outside of the 11k, makes one less tank for those inside of 11k, who would get the tank from PR.

Example:

If all player from Top50Clan have better PR than 11k than the last person to get the tank from PR is the 11000th.

If all but 1 p.... The last person to get a tank from PR should be ranked not higher than 10999

If all but 2 ......than 10998

and so on.

From the Top50Clan 1900-2000 (closer to 1900) were ranked worse than 11k, which leaves the last person to get tank between rank 9000-9100.

The last person to get the tank was ~8680.

The question is where is the difference?

 

Only those in clan at the end got ClanLicense tank. On the 21st acc. to WoT-Info ~50 left tanks, not 400.

The extra above 8500 (2500 Top50Clan member+6000 from PR) (~200) could come from those Top50Clan member who did not have 15+ battle.

The 8680 could be accurate if:

- Number of awardet Clanlicenses was = to members of Top50Clans with FP (~4500)

- from the ~1900 Top50Clan members out of 11k,  ~200 did not have 15+ battles.

This ~200 licenses were distributed, to players acc. to PR 6000+200 (place ~8700; 8680 actually).

Resulting in:

2500 Top50Clan members inside 11k

1800 Players outside 11k (closer to 1700)

6200 player from PR.

Leaving 10500 award tank given out to players.

Please correct my numbers if you have more exact numbers.

Update: Finally I understood.

The 11k = No.  of awards form PR + No. of Clan lincenses before the the last one to recieve from PR (~1950)+ No. of Clan lincenses afterthe the last one to recieve from PR (~2450).

This way ~1950+~6500+~2450 = ~11k
