Had an issue regarding a chargeback that accoured, and that is now repayed, the ticket with the payment ID is sent in. Now, after almost 48 hours, I am still waiting for Billing support to read my ticket and unlock my account.

 

Wth is going on? Hire some more people, and stop being greedy WG, it's not all about the money!
