I did some research and its true

Only one completed Tiger(P) with chassis number 150013 saw combat service as a command tank - Panzerbefehlswagen VI(P) with schwere Heeres Panzerjager Abteilung 653. It was used by its commander, Hauptmann Grillenberg (turret number 003), on the Eastern Front in early/mid of 1944.

Read a book!

This battle depicts the one that was in service as command tank for schwere Panzerjägerabteilung 653...

I note that the Battle for Ternopil was famous for two reasons, first, the Germans defended it to the last man (55 survivors out of 4500) and second that the Red Army completely destroyed the town with artillery.

Well, it is the basic scenario but we will not fight the defence of the twon itself, rather the skirmishes around it at the beginning of the Russian advance.
