It has bad penetration, should be really frustrating to play this tank.

I actually had this thing in the past and sold it, would not mind getting it back.

"The T14 is a very valuable asset in Tier V battles, thanks to its outstanding armour. The plating on that thing can deflect an insane amount of shells: sloped surfaces, spaced armour - you name it, it has it! This is evened out by its rather unsophisticated gun, so make sure to close the distance to your target before firing."

Buy it, one game, sell it fast.

I get pen in turret by all tier 5.

Crap tank.

Sold it also. It gets murdered by real heavy tanks of the tier. As it cant penetrate reliably just about any of them. And when you have opportunity to aim for weak spots -> The horrible accuracy makes sure you wont hit even close!

Mean while that KV-1 fires 160 damage rounds every 4s and penetrates 100% - and just laughs at your armor. What a joke.

Sees up to tier 6 - and even this is wayyyy to much to this PoS tank.

with Churchill III -> you can at least opt to load gold and rip apart your peers - and still break even in credits.

When we will see the pre-order tanks in the premium shop again?

Is there a chance for the collectors to have them?

This tank is not really a "gem" or is it? You could buy this in the prem shop last year, it's not a tank that you can buy once or twice in a year.

The armor is quite good against players who don't know the weakspots, the  gun is average with pen against T1's and Kv tanks.

I just play it for the occasion when there is an X3 for first win of the day or X2 crew xp.

Why do they sell this as collectors gem of the week, something poeple don't want, when they could sell the MTLS-1G14, that is pretty awsome as it has dual 37mm, and people would buy it as it is so rare.

OMG WG.

Never, WG has stated multiple times that on the EU server the pre-order tanks won't be sold again.

But let me put you at ease, the Pz IV/V is completely underpowered and the A-32 is completely outclassed as well, both of them could definitely use a buff. The only semi-usefull tank is the Alien-6.

It has good gun depression, gun is somewhat mediocre, but overall - its a solid tier 5 HT. Surprisingly agile.

why do WG do this, ive had this tank twice and tankers are right in saying its a joke, the armour is not that good, all heavy at the same tier and above for sure eat this for breakfast. this is just targeted at new tankers who after reading the description will buy it but after a couple of games will sell. WG money making sceme. once again WG you dissapoint your real customers :( .............DONT BUY .

So much negative advices about this tank...

I bought it, I loved it a lot and had good stats driving it. Gun is crap, but ok if you engage the ennemy at short range and use some gold in particular cases.. Tier 6 gave me a hard time.

It turns badly, but has a good acceleration and thus is rather mobile for a HT.

And that armor..

101mm on the transmission with a 51mm UFP angled at 60 degrees. Sides: 51mm too on the angled upper plate, the lower plate is impenetrable, consisting in 63.5mm+19mm spaced armor+ 20mm tracks. Very few tanks can go through this part of the tank: I already bounced several old KV-1S's 122mm shells and even a 100Y once. O_o (although it only happens with the right angle and it turret isn't targeted)

The turret isn't impenetrable, but decently armored and rounded.

With 690hp, it is tough as a nail and even more if you know how to angle it (sidescrap): it can block a road very efficiently. However relying on slope rather than thickness makes it vulnerable to arty and derp guns.

It's a very good machine in the right hands.

However, I didn't played it since a while, and won't play it with the japanese plague around. :/

My results in it

There is no logic in this concept. For the collectors tanks statistics is a thing and to have it in the collection is another.

Let the players to decide if the tanks fits into their needs. We can check the parameters of the steels any time through

the net. The point here is the chance to collect them and bring back these tanks to the game in a way or another.

Now only a few players who still active use it... or not, and only the Mutant got the buff with the HD reworked model.

Btw why they made it to HD if only a few has it? Anyway my problem is that the chances are not equal and they don't

listening to the players requests. The other thing is the rebalance of the SU-76i and MTLS in the game, they made it,

(removed it) decided to rebalance it and nothing happens. MTLS is special, only WG staff, beta testers and press account

players can own it. There are a few tanks given to the beta testers only, what is the point? Is it worth it to put a lot of money

to model and detail and test and balance a tank and not give the chance for players to have it. Where is the business?

ca

Unless you can pay out for a T34 this is the only American Heavy crew trainer.

Not played mine for a while and I suspect it will seffer badly against some of the newer tanks but its ok.

Like many tanks with decent armour it fares well against the inexperienced the good players usually know how to kill you.

That said the good players know how to kill you whatever you drive.

Both my 12 year old and 14 year old sons play WOT like crazy my boys love the fast quick fun brawling no thinking shoot-them-up battles lasting only 3 minutes  (any more and lol they have to think too much, kids eh!

So will this T14 be any good for them?

there not care much about winning or losing a game just shooting up anything that moves! lol sometimes its a competition to see whom dies first and back in the Garage with most kills

I don't buy them Gold (far to expensive) so a few Premium tanks are what I buy them its cheaper and they can play at T10 which they love!

AMX CDC (Christmas present) is there favourite as they can fly around the map so fast! sometimes if there lucky they even kill a T10 (not often mind you! as usually die first eh lol!

So T14 any good? for young kids

btw, WOT is there favourite game now click in click out way to go (quite life, keeps them busy lol

Throw them onto the test server let them buy all the premium and standard tanks they want to and see what they like.

20,000 gold buys several premium tanks they could probably buy 2 tier 8 tanks or a fair number of lower tier.

Then when they reset the gold "usually happens at least once" you do it all again.

That should give you a fair idea of what future premiums to get them for the real game once the test is over.

T14 has a low pen gun they might find it frustrating bouncing shots.
