Hi.

I would like to ask a favour. I study HND computing and as part of the assessment we were asked to create survey, do research, analyse and present results.

This survey is anonymous and will only take a few minutes of your time.

The objective of this survey is to determine the differences between those who have and those who have not studied computing - their approach  to computer security and awareness of security aspects.

Please be honest when answering questions, this will provide more accurate results.

Thank you all participating for your time.

Kind regards

Peter

Some of the options are a bit black and white, for instance I use a mixture of passwords but reuse some.

Obviously my WoT account has a unique 28 character randomly generated password. ;)

Yes, I get it. But this is only to estimate differences in approach to security and if people are familiar with some aspects.

At the end I have to write a full report and do presentation, explaining different aspects of approach from people who studied ad those who did not.

Anyway, thx for response, your time and opinin. Much appreciated.

Doing it now, I teach cyber security btw. Answers are as mentioned a bit too black and white imo ;)

Currently having a look into secure interdomain multicasting on IPv6, and how that should be handled in networks with a low data-rate (aka military or mobile networks of older standards).

My question is whether you study information systems or ict? :P
