Hello,

I got an SMS to say I had logged into change my password when I hadn't.  I was unable to reattempt a further change myself for 24 hours.  Today I awoke to find wargaming have removed my secirity mobile and my password has been changed.  Please respond to my ticket.

Contact support. Nobody here can help you. But as you are logged in now can't you just go back and change the phone number/email/password?

I can login into the actual website, but not the game.  Thats where I seen the mobile was removed. Hoping they can bump it before tanks get sold. The email has also been changed - arghhh.

On further research I can see you're not allowed to sell world of tanks accounts.  I found the ticket history and see that there are many states of being hacked.  This person must be some sort of scammer and applies for the account details back.  I dont mind losing my time and money I put into the account but I do not want to see others get scammed.

That's weird because if you have a phone number attached to your account someone cant change your password without the code sent to you phone. so they only people who can change your password are people who have access to your phones text messages so maybe your little brother or sister did it?

I'm afraid not. They must have provided details to get the mobile removed, and I was unable to change the email for 14 days after updating the mobile.  So they must of contacted wargaming to get it removed.  If you then try to add the mobile it said go to the email which I didn't have access too.   The person is bloody playing the account now too after I paid for it and added got and premium.

Nobody, just me. I didnt even get a code to say it was attempted.  Wargaming must have removed it themselves.  They also deleted the ticket I submitted without a response.

The reason I added the mobile was because they said this is all I had to do, and wait the 14 days to update the email to my own.  Obviously they know what they are doing and have probably done it before from the tickets on the account.

in that case it sounds like someone has used a ticket to recover your account for them self using evidence such as a debit card information or other stuff so someone probably has your payment information aswell. so if i was you i woulc check your account for loss of money aswell

They wont have the payment details, but they have claimed the account back after saying to wargaming.

Someone has managed to claim your account through a ticket hence why it overrided your phone number this means someone has gathered enough information about you most likely including you card details to be able to convince them to give them your account. you will just have to submit a ticket

I did and they deleted it. If I go into the old tickets all the information is there that is required to regain access to the account through previous scams this player_x has performed.

This was the account by the way.  I wondered why there was 2 million convertable XP, proabably so people would free XP tanks for him.

He actually canceled the tickets I created.  Is there another way to contact wargaming as I didn't see any tickets created for him to take over the account?
