Uhm.. hi. This is my first time doing something like this (aka, a mod or whatever) so this is kinda weird. Apologies in advance. :P

Anyway, to get a few things out of the way (you'll see this same stuff repeated in the README in the camopack) and please, read the full thread before downloading;

-this is the FIRST time I've ever done something like this. As in, first time I've made a mod, or even so much as put something up on mediafire for someone else to download. If there are issues, please be understandable and either post in this thread or just PM Me. I will TRY my best to help with any issues there are, and though I don't plan on updating this pack to add more camos (unless it's something big), if there's something like a wrong camo or something, I'll fix it and upload an updated version.

-though some of these camos are definitely based off of historical patterns, please try not to take them 100% as such. A colour might be slightly wrong, or a pattern might be off, but my goal wasn't ever in the first place to be 100% Historically accurate. Additionally, as these only REPLACE the existing camos in-game, they may not look 100% Perfect due to, well, how camos work I guess. If you want something like that, you'd be better off finding a skin, I can only personally advise three skinmakers I know;

-I originally started making these as a result of a mod I found on Aslain's Modpack called something along the lines of "Enhanced camos by pold77". I may have gotten that slightly wrong, but it's something very close to that. I found out (big surprise? Not really) I could edit the files in Paint.NET and started making the replacements camos you see in this pack. I most certainly suggest you to download it. However, if you are using any of the camos in this pack at the time, it WILL overwrite them. Nonetheless, as well as downloading it, I definitely suggest others should try creating their own patterns. It'd be really awesome to see what others could make!

With that out of the way, let's get started. Not that there's really much to this thread after the above. You're probably wondering why I didn't just post the mod link at the top of the page but before that I'd like to just show what the mod does (well, technically "does"). Here is an example of one of the camos in the pack;

While there are not patterns for every camo (most of these were solely created for the purpose of "improving" the camos that, personally, I did not like, by replacing them), each pattern that is included has atleast one to, for two German patterns (admittedly, due to the similar colours, they have the same optional patterns) twenty three different optional patterns to choose from.

As I think I mentioned above, I heavily suggest downloading pold77 or Milkym4n's enhanced camouflage mod and messing with the patterns yourself, especially if you want to change any that I haven't (do note that it will overwrite any of these you are using). It'd be awesome to see what other patterns others can create.

Something important; DO NOT UNZIP THIS INTO YOUR WORLDOFTANKS FOLDER. Unzip it into downloads, or your documents, or wherever you find best. Just do not unzip it to WorldOfTanks. And with that said, here's some instructions on actually using the stuff in this pack (these instructions are also in the README, in case you forget!);

Creating the folders for these camos: http://http://imgur.com/a/oDKFX

Adding one of these custom camos to your game: http://http://imgur.com/a/K00S2

Anyway, I think that's enough explaining and whatnot done. Again, this is my first time doing something like this so I'm not so certain what's enough and what's perhaps too much. I'm sure at this point some people are just wanting the link so, here it is:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B52ep4vWHrxVcWFzNWswSGpCMWM

I keep repeating myself but yet again, if there are any issues, please notify me. Oh I need to stop saying this but this is my first time doing this so expect something to be out of place, or who knows, even that link above might not work (I did test it with a friend prior, but who knows). As a final touch if anyone is actually still reading this, here's some compilations of some of my personal favourites. Oh, and warning, these are quite large images;

Spoiler

camopack > warpeck confirmed :great:

Seriously, though: Lots of effort and plenty of fantastic patterns, get it now! Just do it!

Edit: German olive and Hinterhalt are my favourites.

Like I said in the OP, I probably won't update it to really add any new patterns. But who knows, one pattern I've made right now I'm quite happy with is this, which I intend to experiment with even more so.

Spoiler

I've got another one I'm also testing but I don't think that one will really go anywhere.

Bah! Skins offer not having the annoying edges of the base colour, if that makes any sense. Plus you can make exact skins, camouflages can't. :popcorn:

Even though I said against it, I'll probably both "update" this as well as allow a separate download for those who already have it and actively check here for some new camos I'll probably post up sometime this week (I need the freetime to get the screenshots and all that again of course). Per the usual, these ones are either somewhat based off of historical stuff or are just completely random things I came up with and thought looked cool, so look forward to that I guess?

Nevermind the part about "this" week, I might extend that until next Wednesday or something (as in, the 20th). Even then, that's assuming I get some of the stuff I'd like to done by then. Anyway, the "update"/extension/whatever to call it will include;

-some Italian-esque camos for the Germans (a few Summer and technically two desert, though they're the same)

-some additional regular German camos including the one I posted above (this one; expect more of that same pattern with some changes, if I can make them work, in the future)

-a few additional American patterns, in theory atleast, these have the lowest priority for me at the moment

-finally some Japanese camos

I'll probably share a few either later tonight or tomorrow on here as something of a tease.

Nevermind again, I'm apparently a Grade-A Liar.

Sorry about that. Anyway, as of tonight I've updated it to add a few more camos. To list, this update includes;

-3 Americans patterns; one for the "BretagneSky" camo, two for the "Tropical_tricolor"

-1 Czech pattern; a flat Olive Drab for the summer camo (tbh, I wish there were more Czech stuff to work with)

-20 German patterns; one to replace the (ugly as hell) "YellowBacillus" pattern (the red/yellow octopus pattern), two for the "GrayZigzag", 3 for the Honeycomb (two of which are Italian, though one I'm not too fond of myself), 9 for the "Ragged_Patches" (all Italian patterns, or loosely based off of them, I think there's only actually 3 Patterns and the other 6 Are just faded versions or slightly different versions), 2 for the "Spots" and finally, 2 for the "Diagonal_Stripes" (which are both actually one of the patterns you see in the "Spots", just slightly different)

-Japan added, with 8 Patterns; a flat desert, winter stripes and then some varying Summer patterns, one of which is supposed to actually match the original brown colour the Japanese were first shown with when the Chi-Nu Kai was released

I've changed the link in the OP To the new "v1.1" version and I'll link it here again just in case;

http://www.mediafire.com/download/ihbafahiyuu1n52/Desyatnik_Pansy%27s_Custom_Camouflage_Pack_v1.1.rar

However, worry not, I'm not going to just expect everyone to redownload the whole thing. For those who already had downloaded the v1.0 version, here's just an additional group to unzip into you v1.0 folder and it should just add them to the existing ones.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/9vbz7x5irlgeszf/v1.1_Additional_camos_update.rar

Just the regular warning of if there are any problems please let me know, I'll try to get right on that. Otherwise, enjoy!

So I just downloaded an awesome remodel by atacms that replaces the Pz. III with the Pz. III Ausf. M Model from War Thunder. However, being an idiot like I am, I immediately forgot the part about the xml files he lists in the post, and ended up replacing every single tank model with that Pz. III Remodel. A quick fix, of course, but for the brief moment I enjoyed looking some of the camos across other nations on the Pz. III.

Also, quite cool, because the base colour is a desert tan colour (you can choose from a few, but that's the default one in the mod), the yellow on some of the German patterns really stands out, but not too much like it does in the original camos (that's why, if you haven't noticed, I make the yellow very faded on pretty much all of the German patterns).

Anyway, without delay, just going to show off some screenshots of some patterns I got in that moment before I fixed my error.

http://imgur.com/a/Rk1Ts

I'll probably show off more screenshots of the remodel with some of my other patterns later, and don't forget to check out the remodel over here!

Just some more screenshots of the Pz. III M Remodel, with some screenshots of my camos. I'll just put them into spoilers for each pattern (mind you, I couldn't be bothered to get screenshots of the original patterns, sorry for that);

RaggedPatches

If there's any mishaps in those albums I apologise, I didn't bother to check them. :hiding:

Also some experimental stuff;

More hints at a future mod, I wonder if anyone (totally not anyone from the Bar where I've spoiled it already) can guess what it is going to be.

Spoiler

I'll say it now though, if I do actually go through with this in the long run, it'll take a LONG time and there will be probably some errors, especially on tanks I can't actually preview through the tech tree such as the Sentinels.
