Ok, I was thinking what to do with premium ammo, because sometimes it can get frustrating when people spam the gold in your face all day long. And since I don't want to whine about it then I will try to be constructive. So this is what I've came up with.

 

Tier 1 - 5: leave it as it is.

 

Tier 6 - 8: Increase the price for premium ammo by 2 and if the penetration value is less or equal to 25% of the original penetration of your standard ammo then reduce the amount of xp for each penetrating shot made by premium ammo by 25%.

 

Tier 9 - 10Increase the price for premium ammo by 3 and if the penetration value is less or equal to 50% of the original penetration of your standard ammo then reduce the amount of xp for each penetrating shot made by premium ammo by 50%.

 

This way you'll keep premium ammunition in game and the only two effects will be less xp and higher cost. Maybe this will make people to actually try and look for a weak spots rather then to go for the 2 (skill) key.

 

I am asking You WoT community what do you think about this idea.

I like to spam gold ammo with my FV304,  so  No.

well i tend not to use it but i face tanks in my crusader that i can't even kill firing high explosive in the back of the turret ore hull so i then need the 16 rounds of a.p.c.r that it carries and that is the only time i use it. i have the same problem with the Churchill 3 and Sherman 3 ( it seem to be a problem with the Q.F 6 Pounder mark 5 though hardly ever is a problem as usually other tanks kill them first)
