You're in a bit over your head at just 1.3K games to be thinking about tier 10s :P

If you like TDs with turrets then I think the only choice is the American turreted TD line or the lightly armoured German TD line that ends with the Grille 15, but the American TDs start off lightly armoured and sneaky but end up to be armoured lumbering tanks that are about as sneaky as an elephant.

For beginners I'd recommend the IS-7 as its a very forgiving line

Keep in mind what you like to play and what tanks are useful from clan perspective are two different things. If you really want to play tier 10 with such limited experience I'd say IS-7 and T110E5, T-62/Obj 140 from medium tanks.

Get the STB-1 and Type 5 Heavy; only lines you'll ever need. :girl:

They taught me how to git gud at least. ;)

lol obv no nippon bias here

While i like Japanese tanks alot (both lines, need to get Type 61 with free XP and i WANT STB-1) neither of the line is best pick for first two ones. STB-1 line is very unforgiving for beginners. The heavy line on other hand has trash lowtiers and while tier 6, 7 and 8 are quite forgiving (although O-Ho is not as easy because of gun depression) as they get simple frontal armor and derp guns with HE (=no real need to aim at weakspots although doing so helps you still to do more dmg), Type 4/5  are not as forgiving (they have several attributes that are completely against typical HT rules; most notable being to NOT sidescrape).

E5 line is pretty good all around, honestly probably most forgiving line for beginners. The IS line is pretty forgiving aswell but some tanks like KV-85 are actually not easy to play because (at KV-85's case) armor and gun depression are very lacking, not to mention you need to grind extra more tank (KV-1S). The line is still very good regardless, tho. For medium tank lines only one i can really recommend for beginner is Russian medium line (T-34-85 route) and maybe American medium line. Russian TD line (Object 268) is very good and teaches about basics of TDs, although the Object 268 itself is trash and should be avoided. German TD lines are pretty solid aswell, i guess, although Grille line is not very forgiving.

The russian IS7 is probably the best choice. It has a little bit of everything, but is not best at anything. One of the more usual tanks in for example stronghold.

More open on tank 2, but it must have a turret, so most TDs are out of the question. Perhaps a medium? The BatChat 25t is a very good tank with high DPM.
