(Sorry, my english is poor.)
I use the Base version. (And xvm and damaklov sight. But no need to use this mods, the result the same.) With this mod game crashes without loading. After erase the mod, everything work fine. I red about this problem in any other forums too.

And the micropatch they just did reverted all those changes...

Python.log is back in normal World of Tanks folder, and all mods that were updated to use the new paths, are broken.

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '../mods/configs/yk-stats/config.json'

WG doing WG things. Launching through WGC breaks everything pretty much. Manually launching for now.

Not using WGC then? Because starting the game from there, breaks stuff.

I just figured out starting from WGC launches just from World of Tanks, and breaks all mods.

Manually going into win32 folder, and starting there, loads mods fine.
Probably the same for win64 then.
Heh.

I have win10 64bit.

Tried all mix of mods. Only xvm, only sight, only stat, and mixes. Crash is when stat is in.

But now, after servers stop, doeson't work xvm too, so i can't try it. :-)

yes, I'm using the "old" WOT Launcher.

Starting WorldOfTanks.exe directly from win32/ or win64/, both work for fine for me
Surprisingly, starting WorldOtTanks.exe from the world_of_tank/ folder also works. It seems to be redirected to win32/WorldOfTanks.exe (TBH no idea why)

Yeah, WGC that they love to promote, is really messed up today.

Not only does starting through it break all mods.. but it also creates folders outside of the World of Tanks directory.

Like if it's installed in \Games\ then \Games\mods\ and \Games\res_mods\ are now a thing, haha. No wonder mods don't work when it's trying to load outside of the actual game dir.

So in all, the above report about mods being broken can be ignored, no update on mods is actually needed...

Using Windows 7 64bit, HD client, no WGC installed, still launching WoT through old WoTLauncher.exe.

Deleting World_of_Tanks\win32\python.log and starting the game still causes creating new python.log in World_of_Tanks\win32\ not sure ATM where it's saved for others.

With the Vanilla version my WOT does a start up and then shut down again......

Without it start perfect.... so seem to have a problem in that file?

That could mean the mod does not find the config file,

1st of all be sure you using the latest mod update for 1.6.1.0, because the old mod version will not find the config file anymore at old path.

Also usually it should be in World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\yk-stats\config.json but not sure are there any necessary changes if the client is started from Win32 or Win64 dir.

Edit:

After some quick tests, running the game through different exe's World_of_Tanks\WoTLauncher.exe, World_of_Tanks\WorldOfTanks.exe, World_of_Tanks\win32\WorldOfTanks.exe and World_of_Tanks\win64\WorldOfTanks.exe the latest mod version (1.6.1.0) seems to work without issues with config at usual path World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\yk-stats\config.json.

I can confirm that WoT is only starting from the win32 or win64 exe. Starting by Launch Client ends with a crash, don't know why.

Log ../World_of_Tanks/python

Spoiler

The config file is available at ../mods/configs/yk-stats/config.json but again, I can start the exe directly and the mod is working. So seems like the root directory might be wrong when starting with the launcher and ../mods is not pointing at ../World_of_Tanks/mods/.... - just a guess.

Thanks for your efforts, it's a very good mod for tracking my results better :)

From your python.log: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '../mods/configs/yk-stats/config.json'

The mod is not finding the config file and that's causing the game crash. (will be fixed by implementing a check, probably at next mod update)

In general, if anyone posting/checking the python.log check the date/time stamps in front of log lines, it seems that python.log is created/updated at path depending how and from where the game is started.

WGC just updated WoT, and launching from WGC works again.

That's what was causing the error he was getting, he can start through WGC again.
