Originally made by _Jeso_, I got permission to maintain the mod further, I did necessary changes, improvements and fixed some issues.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you including this mod in modpacks or do translation in other languages.

• How to install:

Unpack downloaded archives in root dir of game (archives contain installation paths).

Installation steps:

1. Install one of the main versions (Base, Core or Vanilla) inclusive config.
2. Optionally install addons:

- Alternative In-game battle messages Skulls (recommended only for Core or Vanilla).

- Graphical Battle Messages inclusive config.

- Backgrounds.

Any of separate addon can be installed with or without other addons, in any order.

While installing addons, it's needed to replace/overwrite previously installed files.

 

• How to use old mod version with new game update:

In most cases of game updates: Colored Messages and Alternative Skulls need to be updated also.

If there is any issues and if no mod update is available for current game version (different mod/game version):

delete 'yk_color_msg.wotmod' and 'yk_skulls.wotmod' if existing

at 'World_of_Tanks\mods\x.x.x.x\YasenKrasen\', or use Base version.

 

• How to change back to previously used game language:

If other game languages then English or default in game messages want to be used:

delete 'World_of_Tanks\mods\x.x.x.x\YasenKrasen\yk_color_msg.wotmod' file, or use Base version.

 

• How to edit config file:

Use Notepad++ to edit the configuration file, path: 'World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\yk-stats\config.json'.

To specify what battle types are counted in session statistics (by default only random battles are counted):

edit "battleType": line in config.json and add/remove corresponded number for battle types,

specified in 'World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\yk-stats\macros.txt'.

 

• How to manually update Expected Tank Values:

By default Expected Tank Values are automatic updated.

If for any reason automatic update feature can't be used:

disable automatic update feature (edit config.json "updateDataTables" "enable": false,).

download expected tank values link in json format.

replace the old file located in 'World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\yk-stats\data\'.

 

• Incorrect display of number values at byTank statistic page:

If number values are not displayed correctly, Consolas font is missing on system.

Here a test version of V1, with Panteror’s fixed stat.pyc and everything else adapted to the new mods location.

This is a big update for the mod.

I adapted successfully the Panteror’s fixed stat.pyc and evrything else to the new mods location.

Just for attention, to use the new updated mod, ensure that next files/folders are deleted from the previous version.

\res_mods\0.9.15.1\scripts\client\mods\ stat.pyc and stat folder

 

I updated/adapted Graphical Battle Messages for current version of the game/mod.

Automated packing process of mod versions (still watching is everything fine), to make the life easier

And did some changes to the thread.

 

Hope You like it, and everything works like supposed...

Yeah could see everything. Just got a cookie problem warning when I wanted to download it in Firefox. On the same PC with IE worked just fine.

Not really, because colored messages are part of client language files, that means your language files need to be modified with colored messages...in your language...

Hey Dado.....  Just an FYI.

 

While the 3 versions don't really matter "in hangar" in game v3 is the very best design for the in game chat messages etc.

Also, I don't know which version you started from, but Solo's v3 he was using v1 in game message formatting, rather than the original v3's that the previous author had for v3.

 

Anyway, the original v3 in game message formatting was amazingly so much better.  With it and the Skulls made for perfect.

The versions of color in hangar don't really matter, they are all good.  So, you might want to just pick one of those, and then use the in battle formating of v3.

That is if you want to create one perfect version rather than the pain of having to edit a bunch of versions.

Maybe just have one regular and one with the Graphic.  Then use v3 for in battle with Skulls.  Or have Skulls as an option still, guess some people might not want it.

My base from where I started from is the source published here.

It is published with same in game chat messages used for V1, V2 and V3, only Vanilla is different, I'm not sure about earlier versions.

Anyway I retained the initially packing way of 4 main versions and optionally Add-ons, like _Jeso_ did.
