Might be nice to give it a shot as solo player
Received an email about this last week and thought it was spam, guess not!

Prepare yourselves to see accounts with 0 battles done and tier X tanks (done via using faceit).
Since the data for the battles isn't saved anywhere besides faceit it's probably the best tank grinding platform out there!

FACEIT is based on a simple concept, the more people play it, the less FACEIT POINTS will get each Player and the company's earning will increase due to your attendance, ads and so on.
It's a simple concept, for every battle that you win, you will get no FACEIT POINTS but get speciall score points. The teams that farm the most score points during one day will get a percentage of FACEIT POINTS appropriate to your place of earned score points. From the date 12.03.2016 the team with the most score points ( 1st place) will get about 5000 FACEIT POINTS, about the lower places I have no clue, sorry.
It's a genius trick this company is doing here, they lure players with great stuff that can be won just by playing. But not telling them that this stuff isn't reachable for 99% of all their players because the 1% top Teams will get all the great numbers of FACEIT POINTS. This 99% need to understand that they will get about 10-100 FACEIT POINTS a day. So if you have some years to play and earn enough points for a mousepad, go ahead and enjoy playing !
Here is some calculation that I did (price date 12.03.2016)
Razer Firefly 45000 FACEIT POINTS - worth about 60EUR
45000/5000 = 9 60€/9 = 6,66€
1st Place 5000 FACEIT POINTS - worth 6,66€
Even if you manage to win every battle on FACEIT in a day and manage to get the 1st place, you will get about 7€ for a whole day playing.
For Player that stoped playing random battles in WoT and only play this Teambattle stuff, then this is a true goldmine for you, but be aware to meet Teams with high Skill like FAME and so on. For everyone else this is just time wasting and not worth your effort, with this companys concept, you will not be able to get any of their good prices. The good thing on this is, that it doesn't want you to donate your money like the rigged casino wotshop(dot)net, this shamefull site is stealing money from trusting people and gambling-addicted.

Not really interested in this, but instead of hopping around all the time zones why not just use
GMT, we all know how far ahead or behind GMT we are in our local time, & we don't even have
to worry about the various changes due to daylight saving time. If using the term GMT is in
someway probloematic you can always use the term utc (universal co-ordinated time).

It actually allows people to play TB in 7/68 format, it's nice. I don't care about the whole "FaceIt points" thing, I only care about playing TB in tier X. WG didn't upgraded TB format when ESL did, so I guess it's a way to compensate and train.

I tested it now over 1 whole day!
It is the best done by WG so far this year

I gave it a chance and I am very disappointed.
I have created the team, joined the tournament and then server crashed. After 30 minutes of waiting and another 30 minutes online with support our match has been cancelled.
It affected most of the teams - here how it looked like:

If you see a stronk enemy then you dont vote and dont lose points...
If you find a noob enemy then they dont want to play against you...
This system is a waste of time...
You should not be able to do not vote!
