Friend's account got hacked, Wargaming ignoring him.

So two days ago, my friend's account, which he's spent over 100 euros on, got hacked. The offender changed the password associated with the account, and also changed the phone number that the password reset code is sent to. He's now locked out of his account. 

No big deal, right? The normal procedure for something like this is contact Wargaming, show them proof that it is in fact your account, they'll look into it and give you back your account and anything that was sold within that time period.

At least, you'd think so. Not this time however. Wargaming are completely ignoring him. Not only has there been no progress made towards getting his account back, but they have not even acknowledged the issue and have had no contact with him other than the three support tickets he has sent in.

 

If an forum admin or mod could PM me about this, and I will mention his details so you can look into it.
