Hi,

I'm about to built a new PC and would like to know if the 'AMD FX-6300 6 core, 3.5Ghz' is better than my current 'AMD a4-6320 APU'?

Thanks for any advice.

Is it better? yes.

Is it good? no, not even close to being decent.

You can easily play WoT with a FX-6300, even a old C2D can run it ;)

Playing WoT with FX-6350. Runs well, only if my GPU were a bit better.

Sure it will run WoT, but if you're building a PC mainly for playing WoT then you want to be looking at the Intel CPUs, they have way better single core performance, and since WoT runs mostly on a single CPU core that makes a huge difference in performance.

AMD FX-8320 @ 4.5 GHz + GTX 1070 makes WoT HD client run at 120-140 FPS :P
