Today I visited the "Nationaal Militair Museum" on the former Soesterberg Air Base in the Netherlands (where I live). For anyone interested in military history, I can recommend it. Very interesting. And yes, they also have a few tanks there, including a Leopard 1 and 2, a M4A1E9, M22 Locust, Renault FT, a small Vickers light tank, and an M24 Chaffee.

Also, they recently received on loan a U.S. flag that flew over one of the landing craft that participated in D-Day. Any other piece of cloth in that condition would qualify as a rag, but I found it to be very moving.

Regards, C.

I don't know. It was indoors with the hatch open. The interior did appear to have all the parts, and it did have an engine in it. But if it actually worked/could work I can't say.
