Hi,

i want to build a new pc, mainly for playing wot and a few other games.

I want to run high settings or maybe max but i really dont know wich cpu and graphics card i should pick.

I'm thinking of going with an i5-6500 and r7 370 or r9 380.

I know that the i5 is good enough but i am on a budget so i'd rather go with a cheaper cpu.

Any advice?

(sorry for the potato english, im not a native english speaker)

Well the i5 is a good cpu, but for gpu I do recommend going for the latest generation, they are way more powerful and cost effective. Something like an Nvidia GTX 1060 or an AMD RX 480 will play almost any current title at 1080p max settings. Or if they are above your budget then an RX 470 or 460, but be sure to google some benchmarks on how well they do before buying.

It would help a lot if you could give some reference on your budget so we could better think of balanced parts that will fit it.

My budget is 600 to 700 euros, not including pheripherals and i live in the netherlands.

I already decided mobo ram storage and psu and ther are 300 euros together wich means i have 300 to 400 left for cpu and videocard

you live in the netherlands? good, very good, I can actually like make a build which has the same pricing for both of us.

Alright, I have some questions for you. At which resolution will you be gaming? Which games? Do you care about size, noise, looks etc.?

If you will only play WoT then this is a good setup, if you're planning on playing other games then you can switch the i3-6100 for an i5-6400/6500 and the XFX Radeon RX 460 4GB Double Dissipation for an MSI Radeon RX 470 GAMING X 4G

CPU     i3-6100

Mobo   Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H

GPU     XFX Radeon RX 460 4GB Double Dissipation

Case    Cooler Master N200 Closed

RAM     Crucial CT8G4DFD8213 (1x8GB DDR4)

PSU     Corsair CX450M

SSD     Crucial MX300 2,5" 525GB

This would cost you 572 euros including shipping

The other option with the i5 and the RX 470 would be 712 including shipping, if you really dont want to spend more than 700 euros you vould get a cheaper RX 470 or perhaps a smaller 275GB SSD.
