Can I start this topic by writing the following; YES!?

The T-44 is finally going to get the T-54's first gun upgrade, which the T-44 definitely was needing in the first place.

But what do you get from the current T-44's old 100mm? Expect better accuracy, rof & aiming time right off the bat. Though, I didn't see any news about the constant ammo rack one random shots, so I suppose we will just have to live with the wet ammo rack upgrade as a first buy option.

I said few months ago, and discussed with some friends that it would be a welcome change. T-44 really deserves to have that gun, I hope they will do it.

That's awesome! I've loved the T-44 with the idiot gun anyway so I can just imagine how fun it will be with this upgrade!

T44 really needs that gun in any case. Good decision, finally.

Good, the idiot gun was lacking for T8. I'd still play the 122 but then I just love the komedy cannon too much.

Guess my Type-59 will sit in the garage and I will start playing T-44 again.

About time, might think about buying T-44 again.

But let me ask cause I'm a bit messed up with those patches. Is 0.7 that next patch comming in few days? Or are we gonna get 1 more before 0.7?

Thank god. The tank is so terrible right now. Its stock gun is the biggest piece of crap and the best option is still a tier 7 gun.

Don't think this was needed, personally.  T-44 is a good tank with the IDIOT gun.  Still, I'll take a buff.

Wonder how much of the better gun they'll implement.

Same stats as it gets with the T-54 but ROF reduced to 8?
Would be a definite improvement over the D10T gun due to much better accuracy.

I could use some +pen and/or +dmg, but I'll take +rof instead. Coz my fully upgraded, fully equipped, 100% crew T-44 is only getting dust&rust right now.

Since Type 59 is in the game, that up-date was needed. I would be very happy when it happens.

Both imho. A higher RoF would be equally important.

And the lowest penetration, so it bounces more often. The LB is fine as is on the T54.

Excellent, the accuracy alone will make a huge difference to the T-44.
