What equipment depends on your crew.

I assume you have all trained in camo, maybe only 4/5.

In this case you do not need a camo net.

Binos are forcing a certain type on game play, which does enbale you to make use of the MT-25 strengths, hence no binos.

I recommend, vents, v-stab, optics and Sit Awareness, Recon, Snap Shot, Smooth Ride.

Behave like a hybird LT/MT.

Take it that skill reccomedation is the second set of skills, after camo/sixth sense?

Vents, coated optics, binocs .... 100% commander, 75% rest of crew, no camo .... this tank is utterly insane.

In randoms the best tier 6 tech tree scout in the game.

Type64 ofc beats this one.

57mm gun does not need any equipment (not rammer or EGLD) and when mounting with vents, optics, binocs it's excels in every category (spotting, camo, DPM, accuracy, speed, mobility). Only thing this tank does not have is pen, but 160mm skill rounds will do when flanking tier 8 heavies.

Hi,

the crew is very important on this tanks, you must own a 100% crew on it and you will have a lot of fun even with just one Perk.

Use Vents and I use both OPTICS!!! :)

This tank line a pure fun way and on the end, one of the best Scout Tanks is waiting for you :)

Just bought this back after playing the AMX13-57 showed me that the new matchmaking has made light tanks enjoyable again.  I sold it having never played a battle with it after they removed the T-50-2.

I even still had the crew.  Some had been keeping their gold spamming skills sharp in the Valentine.

Came here to confirm my thoughts that the 57mm gun is the one to go for, with plenty of Dinger ammo of course.

MT-25 is pretty fun! Running Vents, Binocs and camo net for some passive spotting first half of the game, especially since I am bottom tier a lot of times. Crew currently at 70% first skill. Once camo skill is at 100% I will switch out camo net for optics. With binocs and its good camo it is a pretty good passive spotter. Gun is meh (running the 57), but mid-late game it does alright. Just got the upgraded engine and it feels sooooo much more mobile. And its a fun rammer too. Even some MTs I managed to take down by shooting & ramming. Definate keeper for me.

Just three marked this thing. Was pretty fun process in the end.

I wanted to train a second Russian LT crew and with the TotT on them, I figured this was the time to get it started. I started from 75% crew and ended up with around 1,5 perk crew (used a lot of reserves).

I agree that the 57mm and optics&binos are the way to go. However I used the rammer which was very useful when circling enemy HTs.

I liked the mobility and ramming capability, but still prefer the higher tier LTs so not gonna keep it.

Edit: Just noticed that my WR in MT-25 is 61%, which means that it definitely can have an impact on the outcome and is far from "useless / garbage / worst tier 6 LT"

Best thing about the MT25 was free XPing through it to get the LTG, such a better, more enjoyable tank to play
