Happy to contribute can I make a small request, next time you work on emblems it would be nice if we can try them on a tank to see how they look.

Standard Emblems appear on the tank when selected and you can change it for another and noting is permanent till you pay.

All the emblems like these and the 100 years of tanks you cannot see them in place as there is a big warning message about it being permanent.

Cannot they work like the standard emblems and the message can be where you normally click to pay.

The issue i have with this is that i just dont trust WG...

They may earn 40k with it and still keep 20 for a new parking garage in Cyprus...

I like the initiative. The War Child logo itself is much better and straight to the point. The WG-warchild one is horrid although I understand it's the fund-raising that counts.

More so, Viktor got a billion, he can always dispose a portion of our prem shop purchase money for it. Because I understand he may be a great benefactor he can still be even greater that way.

Depending on the payment provider (PayPal, credit card etc.) a payment processing fee might be charged by them, this is the only service charge :)

Then it might do to have a word with said companies and see if they will drop the charge

this is the problem. You make no indication of the "net" amount. sounds fishy to me, i might just donate here instead:

Why fishy - Net amount- So the Charity get all the proceeds after VAT and service fees (as stated). But sure feel free to donate directly as long as the Charity gets then job done, and Thanks :)

Bought and supported....

WG could offer a special mission to generate more interest... even with just extra experience etc.

"While we welcome our players donating more to this good cause through making multiple purchases, please note that each set of emblems is restricted to one per account. This means that you can receive the emblems for each package type only once".

This is disgraceful behaviour, if people want to make a charitable donation after buying one of each set then you should direct them to the charity website where their donation will be received in full without having vat and service charges deducted. WG should not be allowing people to buy more than one set of icons, this should have been made clear yesterday when the offer went live.

For me, even though I criticised WG many times, this is the best ever event they've had !

Grats, you can do more of these !

"service fees" - this just might be the fishy bit. Never donated money before without knowing how much is going to charity...have you?

Not particularly impressed by the emblems, but well, it's for a good cause, isn't it. Bought and supported.
