Remove the wargaming.net folder in %appdata% and then try again. Also make sure nothing is blocking WoT from starting and that you have no mods installed.

What are your system specifications?

Do they even meet the minimum requirements?

What operating system do you use?

Check the event viewer for any errors during the time you start WoT. If you find nothing there then remove WoT, remove the wargaming.net folder and then try installing WoT again on another hdd. Make sure to do a proper uninstall and that all the folders related to WoT get removed. Also before installing WoT make sure all drivers are updated and that your antivirus/firewall software is disabled while you install and update.

In event viewer when i start wot says " taskhost (1604) WebCacheLocal: An attempt to open the file "C:\Users\Rade\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.chk" for read / write access failed with system error 5 (0x00000005): "Access is denied. ".  The open file operation will fail with error -1032 (0xfffffbf8). " I today uninstalled WoT and cleared all folders and removed wargaming.net and than installed. Before half hour it started and when i clicked play it was frozen.

That problem can be caused by an corrupted user profile and/or wrong or insufficient privileges for that specific folder/file. Try repairing or creating a new windows user profile (google for instructions if you do not know how to, there are plenty around). You might also want to run "sfc /scannow" in your command prompt. This should help afaik, but let us know if you have any further issues.

I maked new one. Now it stars but than after few seconds this hapend " The application was not able to start correctly (0xc0000022) Click OK to close application." I tryed to run it when i disabled my anti-virus program but still same, is it maybe because of some dll files??
