Hello. I try buy gold on my account, but i can't. I try using paypal. 

I have this problem only?

So two questions. 1 - do you have any money in your PP account? 2 - do you have any money in your bank account?

Is this the first time you've used PayPal for WG goods? I've read many times that problems often arise due to verification issues.

I'm not sure if it is compulsory now but there is a function for fast payment that links to your PayPal account as a 'one touch' system. Previously you'd pay for something and it would maybe take from a few minutes up to an hour to appear in your garage, now they goods appear instantly with the fast payment option and you don't need to keep putting your password in. It's similar to Amazon fast checkout for example. So maybe it is compulsory to set this facility up?

Try a different browser maybe

 

Be careful it seems the website was overhelmed recently with the xmas offers and the holiday ops :always check/verify your account after a  "failed" attempt.

Still waiting on support to answer my ticket (from two days ago ) for a refund on the 2* extra e-25 packages I have when I only wanted the one... oh PayPal is frustrating at times :(

Same problem here, still waiting for response :sceptic: opened on saturday coz paypal took 2 more payments (wot website didnt accept paypal, after a while they charged me 2times, but at that moment I already received E-25 coz I paid directly with credit card)

I have no problem using Paypal, it works very well,

maybe you didn't confirm your bank account with Paypal?

otherwice they will not let you purchase over a certain amount until you do.

look on Paypal for further instructions, I would guess it's either that

or you ran out of money on your account
