Ashrah, please don't list wrong setups. Those were for a different battle and are NOT meant for this one.

Get a Löwe for Christmas and that's what you'll get for an average battle.

Shaddy game doesn't deserve me moneyz

Btw Zorin if you move up Ashrah to the IS-3 spot (as he said he wants you to) we can maybe get Balrog on the KT spot. Unless someone called dibs long ago.

EDIT: Ascender wanted first backup as KT, but he is already on a panther 2 so i say screw him
(no love for Ascender *winkwink*)

Heheh i only took the Panther II 'cause Ashrah shotgunned KT, if he switches team i say screw the Panther II and want the King Tiger! :P

Also indeed misinformation screens Ashrah!!! You little troll you! I already thought the IS-3 would get the same shoddy gun which is why i didn't shotgun that :P

Btw @Zorin we now have 2 German-Soviet scenarios one after another, guess it'll be an US-German one next?

KT goes to Balrog imo, Ascender can play the Panther II, i'ts hard enough to fill some slots as it is atm.

And yeah i know i'd only get the D-25-T but had to troll some fright into you first.

I'm working down sort of a list of vehicles i want to have played in HB's, until then i'm going to try shotgun these :P stuff that i'll be hunting like a hawk until then is the Tiger II, JagdPanther and the IS-2, and the Sherman Firefly as soon as it comes into existance and the Nashorn.

Oh don't be like that, you'll get more KT shots in the future.
I'll grab this chance to play the panther 2. I'm not seeing those come into action here very often. ;)

Exactly! See you're catching my drift
Well let's look it at this way.

There was around what, 500 KT produced?
There was around what, 1 Panther II chassis or something like that produced?

Unless we make a habit of doing fictional battles, we wont see many Panther II around.
You also get to use the same gun as the KT.  ;)

I know but i love the KT so much more than i'll ever love the Panther II...  it's just heavies, they're more my style.

Yes it is and WHAT IS IT WITH THE PISSED OFF ATTITUDE BY SOME OF YOU???

Heh I'm not sure Jingles meant that as it evidently read to you and I (on first and second read). Think it was just genuine confusion about how WoT handles IS 1-2.

Agree with this whole heartedly. Got the Lowe when they announced the price change, very glad I did. Not sure how playable WoT is at the higher tiers without one, but landing 50-120k a battle creds is quite a game changer.

Sonic

Very playable, but you're broke all the time
I have no issues running without premium or premium ATMs.

But no matter, this topic is for the battle!
Cmon everyone, join the battle for Wroclaw! Rawr  :P

ps: Forsee those T-44 being arse pain to fill up. May I suggest mixing it with some properly balanced T-34-85?

What about ISU-152's or SU-152's? We had 2 of those in the past and they got filled up...

Think we could work with a couple of ISU's.
Really just need to figure out how to thin that T-44 numbers. Not many people have those.

Maybe 3xT-34-85 in place of 2xT-44.
And then use the ISU's to shave off another 2xT-44.

Would leave it at
2xT-44
3xT-34-85
?xISU-152

Don't get me wrong, I get the idea behind the current roster and it would be great if we could fill it as it is, but we might need to consider prioritizing the filling part, as thus make a few changes.

I wouldn't really mind facing a Heavy/TD ambush Soviet army instead if it comes to that.

Maybe leave the German team bigger but have it to attack in all battles since it's about retaking Breslau.

Jingles's Photo Jingles 11 Oct 2011

I do appreciate that folks are just trying to find a way to work around the T-44 problem, but replacing them with Tier 6 tanks that have 600+ health and need 10 shots on a good day to destroy the weakest opposition on the enemy side, isn't the way ahead.  Not unless we plan on giving the Russians twenty of them so we can use them to build a really good barricade.

Edit:  And no, I can't think of a better idea.

Edit2: The idea of swapping T-44s for TDs is a nice try, but it's only a Soviet Ambush Army if you can't see them.  This is a city map, Tank Destroyers have nowhere to hide here.  At best they're going to get the first shot off, then get blown away when they poke their noses out to take their second, because Russian TDs have shit armour and low health.

And no, I still can't think of a better idea, but if it comes down to it, I vote for substituting ISUs over T-34-85 "free kill" boxes.

ZorinWarfield's Photo ZorinWarfield 11 Oct 2011

The T-44s are the eyes of this team as they have the best view range of the entire Soviet line-up, yet there is still a 30m discrepancy between them and the best German tank's viewrange. Though as this is a city map, view range might not be a determining factor as much as on a regular map.

I also considered the ISU-122s, yet the Dedicated Members are not able to fill them without abandoning already taken slots.  :(

I feel your pain.  Filling this one up is not going to be easy.
