Bought code for gold from Game (online shop) code invalid - no reply to ticket - Game don't want to know???? 

Any ideas?

Dont buy on 3rd patty sites. Go and make ur claim to them cause WG can and will not help you if u buy outside the WG premium shop.

Probably it is the problem of this online shop so it would be better to contact them and not wot support

Are you sure you bought it for the PC version and not the console?

First time that came to my mind when I read code for gold. You buy gold directly on their shop, not through codes.

From what I can see GAME only sell "top ups" for Xbox

Game also sell gold for PC. Told by GAME the codes are generated and supplied by WARGAMING. Net - hence why I need to contact them direct (no reply to ticket)

Yes... I found that now... its well hidden

 

In my business the buck stops with the supplier....  so I think GAME have to sort this out for you (legally)  but I am sure someone cleverer than me will explain the legal issues

I'd say it was a WG issue as they're the only ones who can look at the OP's account. They can also void the actual code.

I don't care who is responsible, I just want someone to sort it out and Game say they need confirmation from WG - still no reply to ticket????????????

WG are too busy reading and replying to all the whine tickets regarding the Patriot and Liberte. 

 

You'll just have to be patient.
