Is refunding a premium tank possible? In this case I would like to refund my T34, the cons outweigh the pros too much for me to enjoy such a tank...

pros: good frontal turret armor - invalid in tier 10 games - easily flanked by any tank, also penetrated anywhere outside of the gun mantlet or in my case even through the mantlet by a Grile 15.

"Why don't you keep your distance?" - you might say, well with that aim time sniping is not an option, by the time I aim, my opponent has already ducked back into cover or I try and shoot but miss because I have not aimed in all the way. Can someone tell me the role of this heavy tank if it doesn't snipe well or brawl well?  What can a tank with terrible hull armor, maneuverability and gun handling do?

high average damage - I usually deal the same as an IS-3

                                good gun depression

high penetration on standard AP shell

cons: slow traverse

         bad power/weight ratio

        long aim time

hull armor can be penetrated by tier 6 tanks without premium ammunition

        long reload time

Anyway, what is the best way to get rid of it? I wouldn't sell it for credits considering I paid for it with gold which I paid for with cash.

who is at fault for the (in your eyes) defect tank? Hasnt WG informate you enought? or isnt it just, that you bought it blindly without informing you enought? -> you are at fault, so dont expect anything like a refund.

With 327 games in it I am afraid you have no chance of a refund

You can only sell it for silver

I wanted to return my E25 after 20 games, apparently this wasn't possible because I had played "too much" on it.

330 games in T34. It's little late to complain for refund.

Would you accept refund of shoes if someone walked 330 times in them?

How can you inform yourself of something without experience? You can't know something without giving it a try. If you are saying I should have read off the internet that the tank is not that great, how can I know without experience if it's true or not? Also if WG know that the tank is "defected" and are informing people about it why is it still on the American tech tree for 12k gold? Why hasn't it been replaced by the new patriot tank for example? They replaced the Waffenträger auf E 100 because it was hard to balance but they make money off the T34 because it is a premium tank so they are going to leave it as it is? And nice discrimination on the t34 with buffing other premium tanks in other lines.

I'm sorry to hear that, up until now I thought I just didn't know how to play the tank and after 330 games I'm pretty sure it's the tank that needs a change.

If I sold a flawed virtual content item to someone and it took the person 3 years to notice the flaw, I would accept a refund or give him an item that is of a similar price, or fix the flaw. Playing the T34 for  330 games has not made the tank worse than it was when I bought it and I did not hack the game to make the T34's performance worse so the shoes argument/comparison is inappropriate.

I would gladly give up every credit I made in it + the crew + the free experience I made playing it for a different premium tank, at least a partial refund or an update for this tank. Moving it to tier 8 and still having it play with tier 10 all day with its weaknesses doesn't seem like a good idea. It can't even compete with the IS-3 when top tier.

Maybe watch one of the million youtube vids about the tank or try it on the test server. Plenty of ways to inform yourself.

You're right I should have tried it on the test server. But that doesn't eliminate the problem that the T34 is a "trash" tier 8 heavy tank, with worst in class traverse speeds, aim time, terrain resistances, dpm, hull armor, view range and dispersion values while moving. You guys are only commenting on how I could have avoided purchasing such a tank but the fact that it really needs a buff still remains undisputed. Wargaming developers? How is the T34 NOT underperforming?

Maybe you should have looked into 9.17 just a little bit further?

The damn T34 JUST got a major buff in gun handling and view range!

Well I wouldn't describe it as major but it's better than nothing. Major would be one of the following in addition to what they have already done: increasing RoF to 4.41 which would increase average DPM to 1839, giving the turret 3-4 more degrees of traverse/s,reduce terrain resistances to 1.20, 1.40, 2.30 (H/M/S terrain) down from 1.40, 1.70, 3.40 which would increase maneuverability considering the weak hull armor and actually let it get more out of that 810hp engine, increase profitability or increase the frontal hull armor to 132mm (not including machine gun port weak spot) or in other words allow the frontal hull to bounce/ricochet some of the tier 6 AP shells when angled correctly.
