I'm sure the enemy enjoys the fun and dynamic gameplay when they get clicked by your OP, noob autoloader. Probably firing gold as well.

Arty is over powered from tier 6 and above with the exception of the stupid premium French arty. That should be banned and removed out right from the game. 

Arty should not be able to one shot any tank except lights and other arty. If a tank is moving more than 20 mph then arty shouldn't be able to hit them as often as arty does currently.  Fast firing arty such as the French arty and the fv should have thier rate of fire reduced. I am all for arty being able to immobilise tanks they hit but this should not be at a rate faster than a tank can repair the tracks and move to cover. 

 

The worst thing about arty currently is the ability to one shot tanks within the first 2 - 3 mins of the game. 

 

Arty needs to be some how changed so that a player feels that every shot he/she makes is a tactical choice that contributes to the team pay of the game and not just point click and big explosion.

I believe that WG from the beginning thought "we need something to prevent camping and just sitting still".

Well:

1. Arty does not prevent camping - is there even anything wrong with camping in the first place? I mean, if you encounter a Jaegerdou in hull down, do you engage it? Hopefully your answer is no. CAMPING SLOWS THE FLOW OF THE GAME AND PEOPLE GET BORED, THEN RUSH INTO OPEN AND DIE.

2. No other class removes entire areas from being played on. CAMPING TD'S WITH NO ARTY TO SHOOT THEM.

AGREED with the first bit and about tactical choice. BUT IT'S NOT JUST THE TANK THAT WOULD NEED TO CHANGE IT'S ALSO THE PLAYER BASE.

Artillery is ruining the game and fun!

 

Do something about it WG!

 

Limit the number of arty users per team or remove artillery once and for all!!!

Not everyone thinks as you do, do they. I use my SPG account often, and it's great fun!

 

Face up to it. It's not great fun being blown up by any class of vehicle, and SPGs don't do the most damage in the vast majority of games, although of course they're really useful for attacking red vehicles that are not easily or "costs effectively" otherwise dealt with.

Limit it to one per game or just remove it, it's a mode for window lickers anyway.

Currently I am not: Lately I have enjoyed very much giving good spanking to few selected deeply red heavy tank drivers. It is "enjoyable" to watch when those poor guys cannot move from cover and when they do, they get their price delivered to them :trollface:.

 

I have also been enjoying swedish TD line which seems to benefit greatly from having 2 or more arties in game: arties make the gamelpay so slow that I have much more time to wank at one spot.
