My sond keeps disappearing

So recently when ever l start playing wot my sound keeps disappearing and after 20-25sec comes back and Q button doesnt work in platoon,Help!!!

check controls for voice chat and check your sound settings for voice chat but i have no idea how to help you with your sound

What is the "Q" button for?

 

i suspect you have only one sound output device set as default.

Do you use skype too? maybe that one is impacting that?

Can hardly tell with such little information.

q button is for speaking in platoon and l dont use skype

oh, I see.

I never used in-game voice so disabled it.

For your sound problem I think it's a better idea to open a ticket at support (see top of this page)
