Hey, WG blocked my acc, and I think I found out why. My WoT acc is blocked for security reasons. Checked their support and saw that that can happen with payment problems. I recently purchased 30days premium with visa card, everything went ok, visa was charged, and 4400 gold with PayPal, received gold, but there is no payment history on my PayPal account, and my visa was not charged, there was enough money on visa.
Did this ever happen to any of you? I contacted PayPal and WG to explain them what is going on, still no answer.

when did you contact WG? It usually takes them 2-4 days to answer, if you want a competent answer you probably have to wait even longer...

I talked with PayPal and my bank. PayPal said that my bank blocked the payment, called bank, they said they didn't recieve any payment order at all.... :S :S

So....WGEU....what a complete failure of a....no words.

Called PayPal, and my bank. Both said, we have no record of any payment request from Wargaming, nothing, not even denied payment from either PayPal or bank. I received my gold, but neither one of them recieved any request for payment to WG.

I am guessing because WG fu***d something up with the payment, and they did not receive the €€, they decided I must be credit card scamer or something, and block my account. GG WG

Is there any hope, that the lost premium time will be given back to me?

There was a lot of this happening a while back,

people were buying gold from 3rd party websites (Not WG), 

People paid the cheaper price at the website, then the people at the website bought and gifted the gold with stolen credit cards and alike,

then when it was found the gold had been gifted by illegal means gold was removed and accounts banned until any used gold had been paid for,

lots of people getting ripped of accounts banned and stuff like that,

you say you bought premium and gold did you buy it from WG Official website through the game's internal link ?,

or did you buy it cheap from a 3rd party site ?, this would explain why they have no record of you buying it.

From WG premium shop ofc. Didn't even know you could buy it from 3rd party websites. I have record of buying it on my mail tho, and it is from WG.
