Hey guys,

as one of the oldest communities in the game IDEAL Madmen would like to show some initiative and address an issue that is constantly brought to our attention on the forum. We see clans dying left and right due to indecisive or plain unqualified leadership. To show how much we care we have decided to teach some people how to properly lead a clan with compassion and firmness. -MM has a long history of great leadership and consistency, therefore we decided to invite people into our executive officer/clan commander training program (like McDonalds). -MM is famous for producing excelent clan leaders as shown by XO's in various clans like S4, SANTI (anon left everything went to crap), FAME, DINGERS, IDEAL and S3AL.

We aren't intending to teach or force you to lead in a certain way. We would just like to give you some input from a veteran commanding perspective, what might help developing your own style further or is just useful to see a greater variety of approaches.

How are we going to do this?

1. You will be invited to our TS
2. We will maybe talk to you for a while or use the Zen approach to teaching. Let's get real, first you need to empty a cup to pour new water in (you know like new knowledge) .This way all of us are getting the maximum experience out of this.
3. After the session we give you a koan that you will have to meditate on. We say goodbye and mind our own things again.

4. When you're ready you provide us with an answer to our koan and if we are satisfied and your chi is in balance you will reach a new level of clan leadership.

So what do you have to do and organize to partake in this project?

Regulations:
working mic
no regulations towards your skill level what so ever
- you have to be either an english/ englishspeaking, chinese or Tok Pisin clan (as that's the languages our available XOs speak)

- you make sure there is at least 1 person of your clan available for the whole of the 2 hours, switching members out is obviously fine, but we don't like waiting

That's pretty much it. If you want to sign up you can message via the official forums, -MM TS or ingame. We will then find a fitting date and figure the details out.

Do mind that I don't know yet, how the response on this will look like. If I have 10+ signed up clans tomorrow it might be quite a while until everyone was "dealt" with.

I hope this offer is interesting for you.

See ya on the battlefield

EDIT: See these testimonials and check it out for yourself!

I see now, it all makes sense!

Recently, I got a leaked tape from a -MM inner circle (i.e. everyone except milki) executive meeting where blackjack and hookers leadership values, clan culture and ethics were discussed. One of the key messages was "There is a reason oppose rhymes with dispose!". I think this illustrates to perfection the attention to detail of the -MM leadership and the atmosphere of trust that the -MM leadership is establishing, forming a flexible, high performing organisation, basically the clan of unicum's choice.

Your training program can thus be recommended to any clan leadership as a prime role model of how you do things right.

I rate a clear 11/10.

Did you still want me to write a module on diversity, ethics, and tolerance?

I don't think anyone who has any of that is ever going to pass the program.

"Tolerance"... are we banning Germans from taking part in this too?

Speak for yourself. I am responsible for maintaining our clan's Ch'i, which is a role I take incredibly seriously.

I'm in with my community!

Can we arrange it so that all 200 Dingers gets a piece of this hour? Only one at a time ofc (don't want to break your TS.

That will give each dinger 18 seconds of high-end knowledge. It's about the amount we can take before our brains malfunction.

As a very dear friend of milki this offends me. He was just an avid collector of warning points.

Because once they join -MM it's a "once you go .... you never go back" kinda deal. -MM first, fishlovers second.

I think Endranii_PL[RGT] should be mentioned. That voice will impregnate your wifes and girlfriends if you're not careful with the volume.

We should arrange a 1vs1 on TS with our Bulldog_Drummond then. He will impregnate Endrani in 10 sec....:girl:

Being yelled at in CW certainly give mixed, and somewhat confused, emotions.

A strange mixture of embarrassment, frustration and arousal I presume?
