34 Games so far, 71% winrate

The only real issue this thing faces at tier 8 are other 252U's and possibly IS-3's, though with my setup i've got more DPM than an IS-3.

While it's arguably hilarious to put an IS-7 hull on Tier 8 and giving it a gun that blasts enemies for 440 damage on average per shot, I've got a feeling Wargaming is losing the plot a bit with what good balancing is and what vehicles are acceptable on which tier.

Recent premiums ever since the M41 90GF have all been on-par but in most cases (vastly) superior to regular on tier counterparts which is problematic in terms of balancing and general gameplay. In effect these tanks are pay to win because if you flash your credit-car/paypal you'll receive a tank free players don't have access to which in the most basic sense is superior to anything they can get their hands on.

Already T8 skirmishes are nothing but Patriots, AMX49's, Skorpions and M41 90's, great fun, much variation.

If people keep spending money on these broken OP tanks (like they did on the Patriot and AMX49), the more imbalanced this game will become and the faster it will run into the ground.
But who am I kidding? Too many people that have too much disposable income at their hands but not enough brainpower to think through the effects of their choices.

Just because Wargaming releases something in the game does not mean it is good for said game or it's long term existence. They have gotten quite a number of things wrong in the past but with these premium tanks they are problems that are here to stay as they can't change much in their stats if they prove to be too good.

It's becoming a major issue now that it seems that accountants are calling the shots on what to implement or the equivalent that have no idea of game balance and only see money.

Show some spine, show some discipline and refrain from buying these tanks!

You might not realise it now but in the long run this is better for everyone's enjoyment of the game as the experience will be more balanced, which will mean more players will stay playing this game which in turn will mean this game will exist longer.

Yes I bought the M41 90 and yes I did buy the Skorpion, but after that I stopped buying new premium tanks because I saw the direction it was going in and what the end result will be of this course. Creating an "even better" premium every 2 months will only lead to the inevitable faster collapse of this game as there will be no reason anymore to play regular tanks on these tiers, the variation will go which will lead to boredom and ultimately it will cause loads of players to leave.

I am having fun in my T10s today :) shredding through expensively bought Obj 252 is fun!

and now some thoughts:

Initially perm tanks were sub-par to other T8s. That was BS, as prem tanks are supposed to be keepers and not something I just grind in order to reach the T10. And yes: Grinding is the way this game is ment to be played. I unlocked all t10s and T8s is by far the worst tier to play, but not because of OP prems, but of the amount of games that have to be played against T10s.

I still think T8s without prem matchmaking dont make much sense and my last purchase (Patriot) reminds me that. Its a good tank and enjoyable in T8 and T9 games are ok, but as most T8's it's almost useless against T10. The Obj 252 is just trash. Good in T8, but hell that thing will be raped by T10's just like any other, not fast moving target counting on its armor, and even T9's have no problem against this tank. So in 2/3 of its games the Obj can't be played to its full potential.

Prem tanks have to be enjoyable, otherwise its useless to pay real money for it.

Thank you WG, with decisions like this, I really don't see any point in playing higher tier stuff (not that I was any good at the high stuff)

But we will start by not playing high tier stuff, so I spend less on premium ammo and enjoy free gaming at lower tiers where its more fun and most tanks in the 15 man team has a good chance of affecting the battle outcome.....

So the best Tier VIII tank can now be bought in a shop ... actually, this is a Tier IX tank in all but name only, even if the gun has 'only' 225 penetration. Will be so much fun to fight the Object 252 in other Tier VIII's, let alone in Tier VI's and VII's. If anybody still had any doubts after the E25 spam that Wargaming is now putting short term profit firmly before game balance: here's your answer.

I guess the power creep will go on and on - more overpowered premium tanks, with some buffs of existing regular and premium tanks here and there to keep up appearances ... when people tire of the latest op tank, Wargaming will release another that is even stronger. What can possibly go wrong.

As far as I can tell, the rest of the update is great, but this tank is a kick in the balls. I have a feeling Wargaming have crossed a line with it. They might as well advertise it as 'pay to win', because to all intents and purposes that's what it is.

yea indeed you can shred through any other tier 8 with your Tier 10 tanks , the problem is this crazy machine is eating other tanks in tier 8 matches .

I´m still expecting premium swedish TD in the game to start to play swedish TD line (.. does anybody know when it comes, pls ? ..), but another premium russian heavy tank added (.. IS-6B not so popular concerning sales, right ?).

If tomatoes cant reach the Obj 260, they can buy OP monster Obj 252U now ....

Ok, may be I wont play WoT for some time: once swedish premium TD is added, and new OP russian monster is nerfed, I´m back again .. (these WG jokes start to be pretty boring).

I don't think i will bother with this one, it might have the armour but it has a long reload time and that DPM sucks and knowing my luck, if i bought it i would probably see tier 10 about 90% of the time.

Is this going into the In game shop and be bought for gold? I heard the Youtubers saying that, but I'm not sure if it's going to happen or not.

In Fact, what was the last tank to go into the in game shop? There haven't been many for a long time, is WG trying to kill that shop?

Seriously one of the most unbalanced tanks in the game, You can see that Wargaming only wants money and they are not interested in people playing the game. I am not playing this game anymore.
