Hi tankers

My name is AlphaGamer and i am posting this so i can get some answers.

Most players think that the new HD maps will require a most powerfull computer. But i was thinking that it could be a reverse case.

The maps are preaty old so they arent being worked on in terms of code.

We can take Warthunder as an example (because it is the closest comparation to WoT), the graphics are great and even tough it requires less computer power to run.

Maybe with the maps rework the code will be better optimized in a way that it will run better on computers.

I want to know your thoughts on this aspect.

See you in the battle, AlphaGamer_ .

PS: i apologize if my english isnt correctly speld :p .

I don't know if optimised is the correct term but it is possible that the new features will move some load from the CPU to GPU which is currently under used by WoT so anyone with a reasonably recent, semi gaming system could well see an improvement.

Or they could go Bethesda's way and require you to have a GTX1080 for the HD textures like with Fallout 4.

But in all honesty, I doubt there'd be much difference in requirements since WG is keen to keep their PotatoPC players in the game.
