I get a blue screen very often while playing World of Tanks. It says that it's dumping physical memory. Can someone help?

What's the stop code and is anything in your pc overclocked?

I'm getting IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE and some 0x0000004A and nothing is overclocked. Also one day I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it found no problems, also ran a disk clean up and didn't get any blue screens for a week, but now it's back to it again.

We need more info. Enable minidumps and the next time you get a bsod you will find a file in C:\windows\minidump

Post the content of that file here. Also update all your drivers.

Try running "SFC /scannow" in the command prompt and see if that fixes anything.

IRQ errors are usually caused by faulty drivers and such.

Also check for windows updates and scan for viri.

You can ignore any "memory dump" messages since it just writes whatever is currently in your RAM to your HDD.

The IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE bug check has a value of 0x0000004A. This indicates that a thread is returning to user mode from a system call when its IRQL is still above PASSIVE_LEVEL.

a quick google search:

Bitdefender is known to cause this bug check (0x4A)

good idea to check for up-to date chipset drivers and to get a proper antivirus program if

you regularly visit shady websites.

Using a new antivirus program, cleaned up some stuff, then I updated some drivers and so on. Everything was ok for a couple of days and bam from nowhere, again it does the same stuff.

I'm getting really desperate.

Again, looks like a possible driver issue.

Probable Cause
Possible Solution
