My prime questions are this ones:
- Are there some page which describes and explaines every sound bus in Wwise? As it is now I have to only guess; for example I don´t have a clue what bus to use for notifications_FX in a gui.bnk?
- Can someone please explain how to make a sound event dominant over another sound event? My "little" problem is that the tank engine sounds become muted by my intro-music. If I could make the engine sounds dominant over the intro-music there would be no problem (I guess). But on the other side, the engine sounds doesnt belong to the ExternalMusicResorces.pck so is it even possible?
- My third question is why the combat music is originally placed among the battle result music (victory, defeat and draws) which have another bus?? Thats very confusing because you don´t want the same volume slider for those very different things.
I really don´t understand how the developers can talk about a more easy and userfriendly system because it is not and they have given us very little instructions, especially about sound busses. You have to guess and test over and over again, reading Wwise own instructions but that does selldom explain how to do with World of Tanks.
