i bought gold twice , premium shop says :sory something went wrong,.

i have not get gold and i lost my money from credit card, i have photos (sms) that i have done purchase , pls help and sorry for bad english

Contact your credit card provider. You will get your money back faster.

i already contact card provider but they say i must contact wargaming,

If they said contact wargaming, maybe CONTACT WARGAMING. Not through the forums, this is a place there the community and players are, but via support ticket.

Dont worry someone will deal with your ticket sometimes you will have to wait as wargaming sifts through the useless shite that people post on a regular basis and spam them with
