We’ve cracked down on further instances of unfair play and illegal modifications.

Awesome, less botters and cheaters is always good news.

What is the point of this convoluted Fair Play Policy document as most WOT players nowadays seem too young to be able to read and comprehend even a simple in-game utterance like "cap fast"?

I'm a bit concerned that the education aspect of the bans isn't working.

1014 of 8169 continued to use prohibited mods so far and had their first ban made permanent.  That's not a very good rehabilitation rate.  It suggests to me that people do not know what they did wrong the first time.

On the plus side the number of first warnings has dropped this time which suggests that overall the message is getting through.

You know the saying :

"Pics or It Didn't Happen"

So in another word, provide us names or its just wild claim.

If we see a repeat of these figures then in two weeks we will have 500 cheaters back in the game already on one warning, are you saying you don't care about reducing that number?

"3,186 accounts were penalized for using illegal third-party modifications;833 repeat offenders received permanent bans"

Noice.

Could be legitimate numbers, or could be the T110E5's old cupola's numbers.

There isn't a way for players to have assurance these numbers are actually real or just taken out of a hat.

Maybe a live counter would be good.

I just have one question. Why the hell mods are still allowed? Mods have nothing to do in a competitive multiplayer game...

Perma ban everyone (after one warning) whoever use any(!) mods. (XVM included).

And what else than banning cheaters would satisfy you and make you feel WG cares about this problem and is doing something to it?

The only way you could know that they aren't banning cheaters is if you are using cheats yourself.  Hmmm....
