Why is T25 Pilot 1 not included in 50.000xp? Note: the XP reward for this mission will be distributed to the vehicle you achieved the 25th victory with.
Made 25 victory with T25 Pilot 1 and didn't got anything is that bug or Pilot 1 is "half" premium tank?

Crew before battle --> Crew after battle 

Commander - First skill 10%.  --> First skill 80%.

Gunner - First skill 10%. --> First skill 80%

Driver - First still 10%. --> First skill 80%

Radio - First skill 0%. --> First skill 94%

 

Accelerate Crew Training ON.

 

Received (maximum): 1338 exp (892 Base exp)

Award for first victory: x3

Reward for mission complete 50669 exp

Bonus for premium vehicle: 134

Total: 54817 exp.

​Thanks for sharing! Then it seems that all works for crew training. Based on what you wrote, the 50K bonus gets further multiplied by 1.5. I guess this is how crew training in premium tank works. Your crew got:

all crew members - total exp from 25th victory + 50% (54K+50%=82K). 82K is more or less what you need to move from 10 to 80 on first perk.

weakest crew member gets additional total experience from victory, in your case (54K+50%)+54K=82K+54K=136K.

 

It would have probably made sense to setup the commander to get the extra bonus, especially on first perk .

Can you use a crew xp multiplayer boost to increase the crew xp?

Times 3 would make 150k crew xp.

The tank with which you made the 25th victory (where you were top 10 by XP) gets the 50 000 XP award.

 

Kinds of a shame I don't have more than one tier 8 premium, or enough tier 6 and tier 7 premiums. So I am going only for the low tiers. Anyway, have crews to train there, so I am going to make myself 2 x 15 000 XP and still grind a good amount of crew XP. Shamelessly using the mission...

Omg this forum is useless, no one gets even close to the real q&a here. Like on that winter special, you get that xp for your crew if you have acc crew training on. What about our new pilot not accepted for this mission as a tier 8 prem tank?

Pilot work fine, If you win it count to your victories.

i dare to bet this mission will be the mission with the lowest succes rate for this year ... 25 wins ... what a rng fest , not a single johny casual will get this unless they played entire weekend. 

 

also can anyone confirm, a personal crew xp reserve does not multiply the 50k ?

Fever ....in that it gives you a raised temperature and blood pressure and you need bed rest for a while after????
